Are You A Healthy Person?

What are things you do to keep yourself healthy? I try to watch what I eat, I have basically given up chocolate, and pop, and potato chips but do on occasions splurge I have been using a tanning bed and just laying in the heat and relaxing is just the thing I need for a stressful day. I have given myself permission to have more "me time" for what it is I want to do, instead of being at everyone's beck and call all the time. I enjoy picking up my bass guitar. It clears my mind I have started to learn belly dancing. It not only is good exercise but it makes you feel good inside. What are some of the things you do?

Yup, I guess I am...although I am diabetic, but I'm trying hard to control my food intake. Just like you, I shun away from cholesterol, calorie-rich foods, fats, etc. I also exercise a lot and I monitor my blood pressure, which is of course normal. I also do a lot of "me" time at the beauty parlor or at the spa. Last night, I was with my daughter to the spa for facial and footspa, and it feels good, I had a good night's sleep. But of course, we do it very rarely, like once every two months or less. I also follow my doctor's advise, and is religiously taking the medications as prescribed by him. Thanks God I'm a generally health person...
