Is it April??

Here in south Texas we have had a few 90's already and a front come in last night and cooled things down some and tonight will be in the 30's but no snow that is for sure. LOL

here in Ontario we are experiencing a mini blizzard as well. Of course this is Canada and we expect to be somewhat colder than much of the US but for it to snow in April is going a bit too far!

I woke up this morning and it was sprinkling outside. I left the house around 9:00 and it was snowing like crazy. Was like blizzard conditions on the highway. Too warm to stick so it wasn't slick. Was so pretty. The flakes were huge. It was warmer here in February and March than it is today. Can't wait for it to warm up and stay warm. Just a few rays of sunshine and 75 degree weather would be nice.

I'm in Colorado and the weather is driving me NUTS! A week ago we had a day that was above 70 degrees for most of the day, and then in the evening it snowed! We also had an actual blizzard about a week and a half ago, bad enough that schools and workplaces closed (and that almost never happens here). And then about 3 days ago, I kid you not, it was snowing and the sun was shining at the same time. There was this one tiny patch of clouds overhead that was dumping a huge amount of snow on us, the wind was blowing like 40mph, and the rest of the sky was blue and sunny. I have arthritis in my knees that acts up whenever the weather changes...for the past couple weeks I have just wanted to chop them off and have done with it.

as we speak, we here in southern ontario (i am just a little bit higher than chicago and actually, you live a lot more north than me; anyways, we are getting snow too! the weather is crazy! but by friday, the weather will be like 10 (celcius!)

Here in Iowa we are lagging behind as well. I know we don't have as much snow as minnesota has, but it sure is cold. It snowed the other day but nothing stayed on the ground where I live. My aunt lives in MN and she said last wednesday or the one before they got 11.5 inches!! WOW glad that wasn't me!! I am so ready for summer here. I am tired of being cold all the time. Ready to get out and go for my daily walks, but I won't do that when it is this cold out!

This weather is getting so annoying. I just want it to stay warm so i can bbq and all that fun stuff.

It snowed all day here in Ohio. It was too warm for it to stick (upper thirties), but it snowed and snowed and snowed, nontheless. And just this past Friday was so warm too. Spring-like. I almost stomped my foot and said, "That's just not fair! It was warm!" but didn't, 'cause I know that there's a risk of winter weather up until mid-May around here xD

I think it was pretty and we will get warm soon. Then we will all be mad about it being so hot. I need to start my garden but I can wait I hate weeding. You have a great day my friend and stay safe your friend onlydia

Alabama is feeling some of it too. Last week it was in the 70's and 80's. Over the weekend though it went down to 30's. Last night was below freezing. It is odd to see this kind of weather this late in the year. I am enjoying it though because i know that hot weather is coming and I will be desperate for a swimming pool.

Yeah we are having cold weather in Texas(of all places)too. I had to turn my heater on last night and its April. Im not wanting it to be 100 degrees outside but Im done with the 40 degree weather.

haha! Thats how it is here in Detroit Michigan. There was a day wen It was windy in the morning, sunny, then rainy, and then snowy in the same day. Michigan weather is soo hard to predict. I would have never in a million years expect snow in April! I thought it was APRIL showers bring May flowers... not SNOW!

I feel your pain down here in Iowa :D I can't wait for it to warm up and I am utterly sick of seeing snow!

While several days ago it was very cold here in Beijing, today the temperature has climbed to 80 F.And I am surprised to find a mosquito in the classroom.It was supposed to be cold several days later.One proverb goes that "Spring has a short neck".That is the truth. After winter it is summer. Many girls are in skirt today.It is cool.

It's chilly/cold here too. The weather has been like a yo-yo actually. We can get one day in the mid-60s and the next day back down to the 40s...there's even talk that we too might get a hint of snow on Wednesday

Hi jill! We here in NY are just as confused! We aren't having snow thank goodness, but are not having spring either! The birdies are chirping and that is the only thing that is letting us know that spring is coming! There are no flowers or leaves on the trees yet and there sure should be by now! The temps are still in the 40's and 50's and sometimes hit the 60's but only for a minute! This is not good! Where is our spring?

Well, we're full into summer now, It's so hut and humid and everyone is sweating and the street is shimmering in heat. I would have heat stroke if I stayed long outside. I'm thinking about the month of May. God that would be extremely hooootttt! lol. Judging from the temperatures this month, the temperature would be increased next mont, higher than the body temperature. Happy summer Jill.

I totally agree. The weather has been a bit crazy here too. It seems like more of a tease than anything else. Nice warm spring days and then the threat of snow. Hopefully, the warmer weather will come and decide to stick around somewhere in the near future.

Haha! Here in sweden, it has been sunnny and hot 15 + celcius in almost a week now, but suddenly it comes snow from nowhere. I'm convinced that it has to do with the global warming, soon we're gonna see palmtrees in the north pole...
