how often do you take a medical examination of yourself?

I never go to hospital for a health examinaton for me ! I think my body is so strong and seldom have problem,so i never do it unless the examination is compelled or free of charge!

Im just only having my medical exam when its necessary for my work. for me its too hassle to do that thing. there is more important things to do rather than that. but on other side also may be its important to know the condition of your health because may be someday you will might be shock that you have already a serious problem regarding to your health. on my part when i have my medical exam, thanks God its very much healthy and there's no need to worry.

I was getting one about once a year but now that I have dropped my health insurance because it got too expensive, I don't know how often I will do it or even if I can still go to that same doctor. I will still go to a specialist I see once a year for a condition I have and for a prescription assuming they will just let me pay without insurance.

i do medical examination of myself almost everyday, i look in the mirror and figure out if there is something wrong with me, inside and out. i can tell when there is something wrong inside cause i will definitely feel something unusual especially if it happens all of a sudden.
