The better Cable ISP, RoadRunner or ComCast?

We're always on the Internet surfing, chatting, blogging and all that stuff. I know that you've had some issues with your Internet. The connection is slow, intermittent, it disconnected and all that stuff. We have a lot of ISPs out there but for Cable Internet, 2 stands out in the US. RoadRunner and ComCast. Both provides great services. But which among them provides better service? Providing you great SATISFACTION? Providing best customer service/technical support? In your opinion, which one is better than the other?
