appearance beauty or inner beauty

Some people really focus on their appearance beauties. The love people dress nice, put on makeup, and blinking jewelries around them. They might attract a lot of admirations from others. What about personality? They might be too shallow, and usually looking down at others.
Some people don't really care about how they look in front of everyone. They are friendly; easy going; and usually helpful if you need help.
Comparison on personality always exist, which one is you?

The saying 'Do not go by the looks, but go by the heart', applicable in my case but, yes there is a but for me. Mere a good heart would not suffice for me as I would love to have their application in actions and deliberation as well. One has not have to be so beautiful to speak nicely and show nice approach.
Do not you think so?
