Is using VCC to verify paypal a good option?

After all unsuccessful tries to verify my paypal account with debit cards, i found one site shopvcc.com which sells ,for around $7 vcc, to verify paypal account.Is it a genuine site or from where i can get genuine vcc to verify my paypal account.

I use VCC for paypal verify. I buy $7. for verify does not require a long time. Paypal will return $1.95 to your PayPal account.

I have never heard of them but I did not have any trouble with my paypal acct. I have had trouble at times verfying a debit card for purchases but can do the same thing with paypal and it go through fine, so I think it just depends on where ou use it.

I dont know, is it safe? its a virtual credit card.... can you use that vcc for purchases?
