Any suite 101 writers here??

I was wondering do any mylotters use suite 101 to publish articles?? How do they pay? Is it just through revenue sharing or some other means? Do they pay upfront? I notice the site requires you to submit examples of your work in your application, does this mean they pay higher than other revenue sharing sites?

i have written for them in the past and had to quit due to illness. they profit share so that is how you get paid and you really dont get paid alot. they are very strict with their rules and can cancel you at any time.

you also have to be writting about a certain topic (i was writing about canadian history) and they may nix you because they have too many writers for that topic.

Thanks for responding I think I may give them a miss. I have already done well with Helium so will continue to add to my article collection there where they are less strict. There is no point in me joining this site and then being cancelled. Thanks for helping me make a decision

Ni it does,nt mean this. No business can pay higher then its revenue. All these things are business tactics. These tactics are difficult to understand for anyone.

I haven't tried this site although I have seen plenty of folks on MyLot talking about Suite 101. I was trying to figure out if they assign you work or you choose the articles you want to write? It's unclear. What I don't like is having to apply, then commit to writing a certain amount. I would rather just work at my own pace. I shuffle among writing sites, and I am willing to take on a new one, but from the information that they make available, I can't determine what their expectations are? Do you plan to apply or have you already submitted your articles? Great discussion. I hope you get some more responses.

Since you wrote this article I went over and had another look and am thinking I'll submit my writing samples and see how it goes from there. If I pursue it, I will post a discussion about it. I don't like to get stretched too think because then I don't end up making any money, but I have to limit myself too. Such a dilemma...

I havent submitted any articles. I have been rather lazy with my article writing this week. Just completed another article there now for Helium and Associated content. I am not sure I am going to check this site out as it may pay no more than Helium and AC, and it sounds pretty strict

You didn't come back and update your post; does this mean you were not happy with suite 101?

Someone told me about Suite 101 at a social gathering but I have yet to check it out. Thanks for reminding me! Though at the moment I am still trying to figure out AC, lol. Right now my account says my PPM is $1.50. I have no idea what that means. I tried looking it up but haven't found the answer just yet. Any clue?

I am not sure suite 101 is worth checking out, but if you do well with it be sure to let me know. This PPM on AC means the amount of money you earn per thousand views, so for every 1000 views of your articles you will earn $1.50. When you reach clout 10, it will say $2. Good luck
