washing hands

I worked at a restaurant for five years. My grandmother worked at the same place for ten years and my mom for five as well so we all wash our hands regularly out of habit. It's a good habit to get into because germs are best spread from hand to mouth.

I am definitely very strict with my children especially if it concerns their health. Washing hands before eating is a must for me, even if they will use spoon and fork for their food. For me, it is a good training to them until they grow up.
