My hometown of Guelph Ontario is older than Canada, itsself. It also has a world famous university, and is one of the fastest growing cities in Canada. Here is some more information. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guelph

Thank you for sharing whiteheather - I have always been fascinated with the Southern United States! What is special about where I live , well it is in Scotland so of course it is special but apart from that and the wonderful neighbours I have Stirling is full of history and beauty! Where I live is actually on what would have been the actual battlefield of the Battle of Bannockburn where Robert The Bruce whipped the English in 1314 How much cooler can you get? xxx
