Hi! I'm looking for a really EASY TO USE, Works Well, Won't cost me a fortune hair striaghtner lol. My sister has one that I am not very good at using, so I need one that even a straightner idiot can figure out and use! ;P lol Thanks!

I use a Helen of Troy Ceramic Series and I love it. It cost about $40, which is more than I spent on my last one (a Hot Tools that was about $20), but my last one was crappy. I find that the ceramic kind are much gentler and more even on hair, and last longer. Make sure you get one that is about an inch to 2.5 inches wide, and only straighten your hair when it's dry. That should help keep your hair healthy, and keep the straightening time to a minimum! Good luck!

Even it's name makes it sound like it would be a really good one! lol. And forty dollars isn't too much for something if it works well! :) Do you have to get it online or can you find it in stores?! Thanks! :)

I've found the bigger they are, the more I like them! But I've never tried an expensive one, just the Revlon or other less expensive brands. But still it takes me quite awhile and my hair does not straighten completely. I don't like my wavy hair. It really prevents me from having nearly every style I want to have.
