How could I loss 30 pounds in a month?

I've been eating so much banana like a monkey. Banana for my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always banana, banana and banana but still I don't loss weight. What should I do to loss 30 pounds in a month?

Here's a GREAT tip, the first thing and I mean the first thing you do when you wake up is eat a VERY healthy and fiber filled breakfast. Make sure it's like whole wheat and not corn or rice or sugar based. Like a whole wheat cereal as the first ingredient. It's best to check the ingredients and make sure it's loaded with fiber. This is what you do first and foremost, it speeds up your metabolism. You will notice starting to lose weight in a week's time.

You may consider doing some jogging every day. Sports alwasy helps in losing weight, still, it helps you keep healthy.

i lost 50 lbs some things i have done to lose weight is drink 0 calorie beverages, green tea helps rev your metabolism, eat fresh fruits and veggies, limit fast foods, try to eat baked broiled and steamed foods try to limit fried foods, eat portion sizes, dont starve yourself!

This use to work for me (when I was younger and my metabolism was better). Don't eat anything with sugar in it or that turns to sugar such as potatoes or corn.

Drink water when u feel hungry ,at almost 50 I drink most of a gallon each day or juice 100%

I would exercise as much as you can. Always have a sense that you've done something for the day using your energy. Like for instance instead of taking the elevator, use the stairs. If you have to throw something away..walk to the trashcan and put it in there don't throw it like a basketball. ahh.. stuff like that. basically anything that you think you feel you have been lazy at, you should just do. And make sure your drinking water. How is your diet?

Only way to loose weight is do physical exercise and having diet food. If you have enough time, then get assistance from a good gym. Else daily 15-30 mins jogging is enough.

it would be too dangerous for you to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time. You should only be losing 2.5 lbs a week so in 30 days you could lose 10lbs the right way. If you starve your body by feeding it bananas, it will go into starvation mode and will start accummalating fat cells in order to conserve energy. Then when you start eating regular food it will a be stored and you will gain all your weight back plus extra weight. I am serious and am not trying to scare you. Eating right and exercising is the only way to lose weight the right way and it's the only way you'll be able to keep it off. I was overweight once and lost it all plus extra just by doing it the right way. Also the GI diet is a wonderful diet to follow.

The only way, u can reduce your weight, is to eat normally. It will take time. But you will have your desired results.

Banana for breakfast, lunch and dinner? i don't think it's the right way to cut down some pounds.. you know, you need to have a balanced diet.. you can eat three to five times a day but in small portions and you should opt for healthy foods such as veggies, fish and fruits.. then try to have a regular exercise.. you can do simple workouts at home.. =)

Bananas are actually one of the more fatty fruits around! Bananas are not the way to go if you're trying to lose weight! A better bet would be apples, oranges, kiwis, grapes. Anything with clear juices. And most grocery stores have a chart somewhere that has a nutritional breakdown of whats in each fruit. Of course, they're approximations, but they're helpful!

well i wont suggest u to diet on ur basic needs , i would say that u should eat green leafy vegetables in ur meals , so that ur body dont become deficient of a particular ingredient. i can suggest that u should exercise a lot , only this thing will make u thin and help u loosing ur weight. fasting will make u ill.so dont fast upon ur food , wht u can do is stay away from things that have fat.

I don't think that is a very healthy way to lose weight. You may not be getting all you need. You need to have a balanced diet. Don't eat big meals, just smaller and regular meals. Eat healthy snacks in between your meals. When you go out and buy foods, watch the fat content in foods. Keep them as low as possible. But some fats are good. Walk as much as you can. or even if you have an exercise bike, ride it while you are watching tv.

I don't know that .I like eat fruits.I eat much rice every day . but I am very thin.Idon't know why .
