in a team work which one will u prefer male or female

if u were the team leader in ur team which one will u prefer a male r female,why?

I would prefer both. If I were a team leader I should be able to handle both female and male on my team.I would not choose amongst them since I got the title I have to show them that I really deserve it by handling both.

I would also say both. Men and women should be treated equally in the society, we are nt in the old days anymore. And both men and women earn for a living.

It depends on the personality and how I get along with them. Youthful psyche, stamina, experience, character, discipline, forthrightness, dependability, tact, sense of humor and scruples I think all would lend into which people I would chose to work with. Doesn't matter if the workers are male or female. It is important to give thought to what the outcome should be, why, and who bet fits the needs.
