The definition of being Cool

Hey guys, what do you think is the definition of being cool? I personally think being cool is in the right moments being tough as a rock but in other moments where it is needed being soft and sensitive like water, that i would say only apply to men... give me some responses. Have a good day

Well, if you were to speak literally, the definition of being cool would be cold to the touch, or lower in temperature. However, in the context you're talking about, I really don't think there is a definition. Everyone perceives things differently, and what may be "cool" to one person, might not be to another.
