Do we bother to rate the discussions and comments?

We respond to the discussion, reply to the comments we get. But do we really bother to rate these discussions and comments? Or we just respond for the sake of responding so that we can earn. I myself sometimes forget to rate the discussions and comments. What about you? Do you rate?

I respond, rate, add comments and tag even where they are missing. I answer queries from new users even though I know a lot of times the discussions asking questions will be deleted. MyLot is a family site therefore we should all work together helping each other as much as we can for the benefit of all. Welcome to myLot and I hope you will have fun!

Yes, I rate disucussions and comments, but not often. I really think that marking a best response will raise your mylot reputation. I mean you have a change to get a better start, but I am not sure about that. Thanks for responding to my discussion.
