Did you hear the news story about the couple that was robbed at shotgun point for their box of Popeye's fried chicken? That is insane! That the robbers were so brazen as to jump out of a vehicle with a shotgun for fried chicken is just amazing to me. I mean I like fried chicken too, but Popeye's fried chicken is not so good that one wants to catch an armed robbery beef behind getting some. C'mon it ain't that d**n good!

I know their chicken is expensive but, dang robbing for it? With their prices it could have made it a felony without the shotgun LOL

The price of everything is almost felonious these days. Terrorizing people over a box of chicken, C'mon now, what is really going on with these punks. Obviously something they are smoking made them hungry and stupid in just the right combination.

I agree...that is ridiculous! I also agree that Popeyes chicken isn't that good. I've only eaten it once and I sure wasn't that impressed!

Even if you were impressed by the chicken would you break out a chotgun and rob a pregnant woman to get some? Young people are becoming terrorists these days it seems. They can be egged into anything with enough peer pressure!

LOL I can't imagine robbing someone for their chicken. I haven't had Popeye's chicken in a long time, they don't have it here, but I do remember that it was decent chicken...but certainly not anything I'd rob anyone for.
