how many sites in one time ?

Do you open one site at one time or many sites at one time. i generally wants to click from different sites all the ads in one time..

I will usually be on two sites at the most. Any more than that is way too much and I heard that the more windows you have opened slows down your computer. I don't know if that's the truth or not but I don't want to take the chance so I just stick to 2 sites at once.
