Have you ever been 'the other girl'? I have but only for a few months. Well, there wasn't anything physical, it was all talk (online) but it didn't feel well, so I just let it go. However, I'd like to know what others think. Have you ever been the other woman? Why did you pursue such relationship? Did it work well? How did it end? After that episode, I actually made up my mind that I'd never be the other woman again. It has made my life easier, but I guess life has a funny way of taking back what you've done, for I have lost my great love to someone else. *sigh*

Yes, but it was an honest mistake on my part because the guy claimed that he's single and unattached. The moment I found it out that he's married and has two kids, I immediately avoided him. I don't like being part of complicated situations.

Yeah, that's a good thing. I'm guessing right now, we women have to be really careful of these slimy guys. Perhaps a good background investigator needs to be hired just to be cautious. How did you find out?

Yes I have. When I was younger, I thought it was cool. Until it was done to me! Now I know how it feels and wouldnt want to ever feel like that again. As I had my daughters I started to look at things differently. I would never want my girls to go thru that. The situation was that I was 16, he was 22. I thought being with an older man was the bomb. I ended up going over to the other girls house because he lived with her. She wasnt home. We were intimate. I left my ID between the mattresses. She used to call me all the time and tell me how he was her man etc. So I told her if he is so much your man, check between your mattresses and tell me why I was with your man, in your house, in your bed? Eventually I ended up pregnant with a premature daughter and I moved into my own apartment. He came with. It ended up that he would make me stay in the house, couldnt talk to my family or friends. Most importantly he beat me every day. Come to find out the reason she had broken up with him was because he beat her so bad that she went off to a battered womens shelter. Karma is a Bi**h! What goes around comes around. In the end her and I talked and we both have apologized. Are children are adults now. THis happened about 20 years ago. He is still terrorizing younger women. dl

Life truly is a b**ch, specially if you try to take away someone else's man. Anyhow, it would have been best if they locked the guy away. But I guess he's the 'experience' life teaches us to keep us back the right path.

I honestly can't say that I have been the other woman. I couldn't be with someone who is dating someone else. I think that is wrong, and I would always wonder if he is doing it to me.
