Do you breakfast everyday?

Scientist usually consider that breakfast is important for our healthy.We should eat the food with high nutrition for breakfast.Jsut eat a little.Low in quantity but high in quality. I rarely eat breakfast as i get up so later that there no breakfast on sale.When i get up early i would eat one egg and a bowl of rice gruel. Do you breakfast every morning?And what do you like to eat for breakfast.

Lately I rarely eat breakfast. I would wake up late and would rather have brunch than getting my breakfast. That is true breakfast is the energy giving food and they say that you eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner as a pauper. At time I would just take coffee and bread as I wake up and by 1030 i would take my brunch.

As I like food,I have my breakfast everyday.Actually,Iwon't miss any chance to enjoy food.Some of my friends just have brunch,together breakfast with lunch,isn't it interesting?

I don't really have time for breakfast during the week because of work. Around about 10am I have a cereal bar or yoghurt. After that I don't eat until lunchtime. At the weekends I eat bacon or sausage rolls.

Food is everywhere in the place I live. There are even restaurants serving all hours breakfast. You can choose to order an American breakfast at 3 pm or 9 pm. There are some coffee shops and hawker centers opening 24 hours a day. So no matter what time you feel hungry, you can have no excuse for not eating. Anyway, I like my breakfast to be simple, just plain bread and butter, or biscuits. Prefer not to consume too oily food in the morning. Coffee is a must. Without coffee, life can't go on.

Hi, I eat breakfast every morning. I try to have 3 meals everyday. Usually I will take bread with tuna/bacon/ hotdog/ jam/ egg etc and coffee. I depends what my mum prepare every morning.

Yes.. Usually I breakfast every morning. I eat some rice with egg and sometimes I cook fried noodles. This is making me have the energy to activities of the day

Yes,of course I eat breakfast everyday.Since I am a student and always have a lot of classes in the morning ,I have to keep energetic.If one day I go to classes without breakfast,I won't be able to focus my mind.I usually have an egg and a bowl of rice gruel too,but I still have some cakes.

I usually eat a lot at breakfast, as that is all I eat until I get back home. That is why breakfast is important for me. It gives me the energy for allthe day. ( aw well I also eat a chocolate bar, as I'm addicted to chocolate)

I always have a large meal first thing in the morning. Then I eat afew small meals through out the day. I think I do better and I don't starve during the day. I like to snack and usually have 5 or 6 snacks throughout. I get up early to talk to my boyfriend and I will eat a breakfast bar or something light until I am off the phone and ready for the day. Then I eat my large meal and snack the rest of the day. Fruit and vegetables and white cheese and nuts are my staples.

I've been told, ever since I was a kid, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, I'm never really hungry enough to eat breakfast, for some reason. I'm not sure why that is, but it just is that way. By the time that I am hungry, it's almost lunch time, or something like that. There are some mornings, when I do eat breakfast, but it doesn't happen every morning.

At any rate,have breakfast is better than not.If you possible i advise you should try to breakfast everday.Health is the basis for all.

Yes yes yes I eat breakfast everyday. Breakfast would be from 6:00 to 8:00 AM. After that I get so hungry that my head aches or my hands will shake. Breakfast is usually rice, egg or fish, or meat depending on the cooking, coffee or tea and bread. Sometimes I eat oatmeal and milk or chocolate porridge or instant noodles. I don't cook breakfast that much because I hate waking up so early. Somebody does the cooking for breakfast for all of the people in the house. And I usually do the cooking lunch or dinner where the food is much complicated to prepare and cook LOL

Your breakfast is so copious.If iwas you i would eat breakfast everyday.But i know nothing about cook.I only can cook instant noodles which are not proper for breakfast.

I believe in eating breakfast everyday.Breakfast is the most important meal of your day as it provides the necessary fuel to kick start your day.Having a breakfast with a nutritious meal plan is a good way to get started.I usually begin the day with a cup of milk plus a scoop of chocolate protein powder as well as 3 slices of wholemeal breads.They give me the necessary protein plus slow-digesting carbohydrates.I strongly encourage all members not to miss your breakfast.

I eat breakfast daily. Usually, I eat it after I've arrived at work and have settled in. I like hot cereals, like oatmeal and cream of wheat, but sometimes will have a bowl of cold cereal with milk, or a fruit salad and yogurt. If I don't eat breakfast, I feel sluggish, and my belly usually reminds me around mid morning that it's hungry!

As i am still a student now i have to go to class in the morning.I often eat something after the first class.Sometimes we know it's wrong but we can not stop doing it.

When I was younger I ate breakfast everyday because my father was all about eating a good meal to start the day. As I got older, I have somehow managed to not eat breakfast that often. I guess it is mainly because I'm over sleeping or I'm rushing to go to class in mornning because I'm always late. If I do get around to eating breakfast my favorite thing to eat is eigther oatmeal or ground suasage and corn.

hello yin., yes i love to have breakfast everyday. can't do without it because it is the most important meal of the day. i usually eat rice, egg, some salted egg and milk. i eat breakfast with my wife and then off we go to work. it's a nice way to start the day.

I rarely eat breakfast everyday. I know it's bad for me, but I don't have time these days. So until lunchtime, my stomach growls out of control. There are some days when I can grab some coffee and cereal though.

I think you should make your own breakfast because as you know,eating breakfast in the morning is very important.For me,i eat breakfast every morning.Normally for breakfast,i eat bread with milk.Happy Mylotting :D

I breakfast daily. I know that is where I get my energy from the food at breakfast. I usually eat rice, egg and vegetables.
