How long do you brush your teeth?

doctors always suggest us to brush our teeth for about 3 minutes, and change the toothbrush about 3 monthes, but i could not stick to it, i always brush my teeth for about 1 minute, and 2 times per day, if you want keep your teeth health, please according to the doctor's. i think 5 minutes is too long for the brush.

elo there., i brush my teeth not that long and sometimes i also do gargle a mouthwash.. whats important for me is that i cant forget to brush my teeth every meal...

I brush my teeth for two to three minutes.I think brushing hardly or prolong brushing is not so good to the teeth.I dont use any mouth wash.It is better to wash the mouth after certain intervals to keep it fresh.

i think doctors reccomend three minutes of brushing.i try to do that much but sometimes in a hurry i donot do for exact 3 minutes but i donot forget to use the mouthwash and tongue cleaner.

While brushing, I sing a birthday song in my mind. It is how long I brush my teeth. I think its only seconds.

I use mouthwash first then I brush for 2-3 minutes then I floss.. But that just me.. And certain mouthwashes tell you to either use it before or after you brush!

only light brushing is advised for good dental hygiene...too much brushing could be harmful to the teeth and the gums.

I guess i take about 5 minutes or so to brush my teeth too.. hehe ^_^ However, i dun use mouthwash after that for i dun really liek the after taste of it, lingering inside my mouth.. haha =D But when i'm brushing my teeth at night, i will gurgle my teeth first before brushing my teeth.. hehe ^_^ SO that, i'm able to fully clear out what might be stuck in between my teeth, and i'll be able to brush my teeth easily.. haha =D

Hi Hereshiez I don't have seen the watch for how many minutes I do brush. One of the other thing is that we use bathroom with toilet attached so, I used to brush my teeth just after my private affair with my body. So, what I can tell you is that how long does it take to do both the jobs. and it is 15 -20 minutes! Mind you morning private jobs takes longer than usual!

Hi Friend, I brush for atleast 4-5 minutes and don't use mouthwash after that. I don't take even bed tea before brushing my teeth.

i only brush my teeth for 2-3 minutes as the recommended time of brushing is. you brush for a long time. i just have to be sure i drank first a glass of water so that the toothpaste would be more bubbly.
