Do we need written agreement with good and bad peoples?

Well,I like to ask you whether an agreement means anything for good or bad peoples?A good person will not go against laws and so an agreement is not necessary.And a bad person will not respect laws and getting an agreement with him is liable to be not working always.So,why do we need written agreements?

Hi there!
From what I know written agreements or contracts is part of the law. They are made not because we don't trust people but it is actually required by law to make matters/issues binding and legal.
Having an agreement is good because it also serves as a file over the years. Everything are also in details when we have agreements so nothing will be missed on a certain matter.

You are right.A written agreement is good for documentation so that nothing will be missed in the future.That will be easy for the coming generations to handle.And it is not a question of trust........I like your statement.Whether good or not,a document is needed to speak for itself.Cheers!

I never deal anything without a proper agreement. It is not the question of trust for good or bad people. It is for my record purposes and anything can happen to anyone and without any agreement the deal will come to abrupt end if the person we deal with is no longer around. If there is an agreement the next of kin will now what is happening and can continue what is left behind.

There is an evil and good spirit in every man.
A good person: If you won't sign an agreement with him, his evil part would provoke him to go against the law as we can't do legally against him. So, we need an agreement with good people.
A bad person: If you will sign an agreement with him, his good part would encourage him to follow the points because by doing that the person would be safe from police and court!
So, we need those agreement. Well, I will not mind you do any agreement with me without agreement, I am good guy! LOL

In my opinion, agreements are there regardless of whether the person you're signing an agreement with is a bad or good person. Because an agreement simply symbolizes a promise made between the two..More than just counting and trusting in words, i guess with proof there, people won't need to worry if the person will go and do a sudden backstab on ya...hah ^_^
