Christian volunteering Opportunities For African citizens

Does anyone know of any European/American organizations that accept African Volunteers? I have a friend who is from Malawi, in Africa and she is very much interested in volunteering. The trouble is most European/American organizations do not accept African volunteers. It is a common misconception that Africans can only be helped and that they are not in a position to help somebody else. My friend is financially stable. She has a beautiful four bedroom house with a massive back yard and enough room to build four more houses. She runs a successful forex business and she's very much independent. Most African orgainisations charge enormous fees for you to volunteer. So if anyone knows of any western christian organisations that accept African volunteers and don't charge you your life savings then I would very much like to hear from you. Any Feedback is most appreciated. Thanks.

So does she want to volunteer IN Europe or the US, or just for a European/US organization? What kind of work would she like to do?

Basically anywhere were an African would be accepted. Whether it's Australia, Japan, USA, Europe, Newzealand Canada, South America etc. She's intereseted in feeding programs, homeless units and orphanages. She's also interested in sports voluntering, Animal/farm activities and she is a web designer and a business administrator.

I'll see if I can find anything. MCC (Mennonite Central Committee) has a really great international volunteer program called IVEP, but only people from certain countries can apply. Malawi isn't one of them unfortunately. It's going to be tough to find something for the US because there isn't much need for international volunteers here and it is really hard to go through a work sponsorship process. I have a teacher that is from Malawi and I know he did work with World Vision (although I think it was inside Malawi), so maybe she could talk to a representative about volunteering for them...
