At this point, all I do is keep myself clean, hydrated, and full of fish.

I wash my face morning and night and apply a toner in the morning. I also use retin-a a couple of times a week to fight off wrinkles and sun damage. I didn't use to use sunscreens much but now I use them all the time, they are in all my lotions and potions. I also drink a lot of water and try to eat fresh fruit and vegetables. Nothing will keep us looking young forever but we need to take steps to stay as young looking as possible.

It sounds weird, but I recently found out that drinking water actually causes you to look less bloated & have a "glow", so that's what I've been doing. I try to drink about 6-7 glasses per day (although sometimes I don't drink quite that much). It also clears up your complexion! I use Proactiv, which sort of works, and I wear foundation. I don't do any anti-aging thing yet, considering I'm still 18 and shouldn't really have to worry about it for a while..But I'm thinkin' once I turn 20 or so, I might start to use those kinds of products as a precautionary measure!
