we actually have 2 more full days, they're leaving Thursday afternoon.
but we'll be home at night for the remainder of the time so i can keep my emails clean anyhoo.

Lol love it! But yes I do get alot of mail when I am away for a few days I can get over 50 a day or more from mylot alone. I usually just answer them as I can the ones I can answer anyhow.

try months! i was addicted to second life, and well.. it took over my few hours of pc time a night for a few months.. i just wiped my inbox and started from nothing tonight. i can't catch up lol. but that was a very good attempt.. i was wondering where it was going before i got to the end lol.

lol no i figured a man in my first life was enough.. i didn't need one in my second life as well!! i was a stripper though! was kinda fun i guess.. so yea.. i fell into the second life void, but now i'm out and free. haha i'll problably be on mylot again now. how have you been ?

Ok, I know that I am tired now. This one little line made me laugh out loud.
What do you mean step away for a couple of days? I barely take time away from the computer to eat!
Just kidding. The last time I was away from here for a few days, I came back to 150 my lot e-mails, and several personal ones. It was a little overwhelming.

yeah, it's the price i pay for being on "vacation".
normally i clean up my emails every morning.
i prolly had 100 myLot discussions all together in my "myLot" gmail account plus all my Yahoo emails and lets not forget all my wonderful spam emails.

LOL I am so glad I made it to the end of the post before calling the men inthe white coats to come and take you away sconi! I didn't see an answer to my posts in there! hee hee Actually I haven't really been able to get on in just over a week and you should see my inboc - very , very scary but I shall do my best to get it all cleared! lol

I will be away for a week from the weekend and I shall turn the notifiers off for new discussions just leaving responses and comments on. I usually get 60+ arriving while I'm asleep as it is and I don't sleep more than six hours anayway

Yep, I agree with all of that. We used to have one, but it ran away. Only with mashed potato. There's one in every crowd, and even that's too crowded! You have to tie it on really tightly, and then bind it with gaffer tape. The second one usually doesn't work. That only tastes nice if you nuke it. The best thing to do when you don't log into myLot for a few days and end up with a pile of notifications is to be really brutal and press the delete button - cruel but kind. Otherwise, you risk giving up your life for another few days sorting through it all ...

I'm answering this from a catch up mode. I've been dealing with sick kids and other garbage so I'm a bit (way) behind. But since I pick and choose which discussions to answer, I do ok. There are a few I wish I had time to answer that get buried and then I miss them. They tend to be longer and more thought invoking... I like them but am too busy right then. I hate that I miss them but well, only so many hours in a day.

I used to get overloaded with emails but since I set up a email service that is strictly for mylot that doesn't happen any more. Also now when I am gone for a couple of days the mylot emails all are together and in the same place.
