How long and often would u use to browse on net. Its heard it gives health probs, Do U have any. !

doctors recommend computer must not be used continuously for long time. if you watch tv or computer monitor, it is important to give 5 min break every one hour.

i am programmer so i must be dealing with computer and internet everyday for several hour. Although the holiday i have to keep connection to the internet, because i want to update the latest computer technology
