Ya, I think so. You have a point, unfortunately I'm not a doctor and would not like to pretend one. If you have one, friend, I urge you to go for a medical check-up. I recommend this site to you: http://www.asianheartinstitute.org/ don't worry I'm not an affiliated with them. Prevention is better than Cure. Health First. Happy Mylotting.

the main problem is arteries and diet. when arteries are not healthy and strong, they can break, so the body patches weakened parts of arteries with cholesterol. one of the reasons some medications that decrease cholesterol lead to heart attacks and stroke is because they don't leave the amount of cholesterol that body needs to patch up the blood vessels, so they break. Trans fat is not something that is normally found in nature, it's a result of heating other types of fat, so the body has a hard time using it. Body stores trans fat and it often ends up in arteries and veins blocking the blood flow. If people exercise, their blood vessels get stronger, and if people don't eat trans fat than it will not be building up in the arteries. however, if person already has blocked arteries, it might not be as easy, these people have to ge very careful with exercise and stress as it will require extra blood flow to the heart and if cardiac artery is blocked they will not be able to get this extra blood. people who already have heart problems should first take supplements or food that can clear the blood vessels, such as garlic. eating a lot of meat was linked to heart attacks and strokes btw, because meat is usually cooked which means otherwise healthy fat turns into trans fat.
