I feel frustrated sometimes when we work hard and put all efforts and shown good results and another superior who is rejecting some of our eligible incentives. Also sometimes some people much worse than us are getting promoted and be seated above us and commanding us. How to deal with such situations, my dear mylotters please discuss in detail so that other mylotters be get benefitted

I was in the same boat when I first started out in the company I am with now. I was stuck in the same position for sometimes not having my ideas listened to and seeing others promoted around me. Finally one day I took some of my ideas and wrote them in a letter explaing them, how they would improve the company and how they were being ignored by by supervisors. I ten too the letter and sent it to the boss of my boss. It was only weeks before I had his job and he was demoted a step below, he quit soon after. It was only by asserting myself and taking anicitive that I was able to secure a better position within the company.

It is everywhere. I have some friends who were my batch mates in same college. after campus selection we joined same company. so at start salary was equal. Then there were some good performers and some bad. Still it is seen many bad or poor performers are getting promoted, getting onsite opportunities again and again. It hurts.

yes definitely frustrating but not reason enough to give up. Life may oftentimes treat us unfairly but still we need to rise above the disappointments and be the best that you can be. It may not be the right time for you but for sure it will come. My best advise is never to lose hope.

Encountered such a thing, I very much regret. But this world, there are many, many things are unfair, we need to adjust their mentality to face such unfair and time will prove everything, as long as your efforts, and success will be waving to you of. Believe in yourself and a friend.

Well its common and even i face the same situations, we work more than the time and complete our projects on time. But still we are not rewarded and motivated. Well, we have to let the management know about our efforts, else no use in working sincerely.
