Is this Another SCAM PTC Site???

I have been clicking a lot of Ads from this site and i thought that their payout was just $5.00, but when we read their FAQ, they said that it is $20.00. So i am now having $7.17 on my account, but i just want you guys if you know anyone who has been paid to TheBux.Info.
I have only read about Buxto which is a scam site, but about this site that i am saying, i don't know if it is a scam site or not, anyone who can enlighten me on this?

many bux related sites are scammers they less paid their users .
if it really sets a high level payment ,it must be a scammer .
if it is very low,it doent worth doing it
