Starting around 3 pm hundreds of liberty loving, tax paying, and all around good individuals will be converging onto the capital of Arkansas, Little Rock for our tax day tea party. Today is the start of something special for America because of all of these tax day tea parties around the country. I would like to hear how every one's event went. If you went to one would you if you do not mind posting what happen today. Since the mass media will not report what has happen today we will have to do the work for them.

Both of south carolina's went off great with a big turn out. Gov. Sanford showed up at both.

That is great, thank you for responding. I hear from some websites that Sanford is a class act.

Well that is great, I cannot wait to see your pictures. I will be posting some pictures from my capital too. It is good that you have a good governor.

We certainly love him here in South Carolina. I will post up pictures of the tea party at the capital as soon as I get a chance.

I am wondering how it is going on. I do think it needs more then a few hundreds to make the media up and take notice. I was wondering is the tea party event also on in other capitals in the other states? then it would have a better bang.

It was awesome, I think about five hundred came to my state capital. For a state like mine that was huge. I know that a lot of tea parties around the nation were happening at their local capital, but I am waiting to hear back from some of them.

I went to the one in West Palm Beach, Florida and there was a huge turnout! I also heard that the turnout was good at the other locations in my state. There were no infiltrators...no problems of any kind. We came together as Americans and I found the entire thing to be very inspirational.

As far as I know there weren't any that were held near where I live. At least if there were, I didn't hear about any. I suppose it doesn't matter for me though since either way I'm sick at the moment. But I hope everyone else who did attend one had successful (and fun?) time.

Ours went well. We had two teaparties on App State's campus. At the time I went there were about 40 or so people hanging out and protesting. Crappy weather may have had something to do with the low attendance, but I enjoyed being out there and standing up for something that could easily be a historical movement.
