I can, but I'd rather sleep with a pillow. Personally, I love feather pillows or "memory foam" pillows. I don't know if they have them where you live - but they're like pillows that *remember* what shape your head is (after the first time you lay down on it) - so they're more naturally contoured and therefore more comfortable. Kind of expensive, but really worth it.

Wow, never heard of that pillow before, but it certainly sounds cool. What it made of? Anyhow, I can't sleep without a pillow either. I actually sleep with 4 pillows, 1 under my head, the other 1 for hugging and the other 2 on top of my feet and leg.

I can't sleep without a pillow. In my home, my parents buy everything for me but without the pillow. Because I have to buy it myself. I will try it before I buy it. If it is really comfortable, I won't be care about the price. You know, having a good sleep can't be valued by money! Maybe you can go to some big stores to hunt around. There are some really good pillows. But you have to find which fits you best. So, try it before you buy it!

I do sleep without a normal pillow. I have one of those half circle jobs that wrap around my neck. I do not sleep in a normal bed. I sleep in a lazy boy recliner. I always sleep on my back, but need this special pillow to keep my neck centered. It is great, since I don't sleep on my workshop. Plus, since I don't sleep on my stomach, I don't get those wrinkles on my face.

I can't sleep without one. At least a pillow will do. It also serves as a security blanket and a comfort zone. It feels uncomfortable without it and I will not be able to sleep soundly without a pillow in my head. I need to have a blanket too.

I can't sleep without a pillow. I love my pillows. I like the goose down and also some of the micro fiber ones. I love my pillow big and fluffy. I settle into my pillow and usually go right to sleep. It may be different if I weren't used to one but I have used one since I was a child.

Hi and hello there rocketsky! ^_^ Yes, I can sleep without a pillow but, it's more comfortable for me to have at least two pillows. One is for my head and one is for my side. So that I can hug something soft while sleeping. ^_^

I don't sleep well without a pillow. I need the support for my head and Neck. I like the round like neck pillows. The ones that curve around from the side of your neck all the way to the back. They support my back and head better than regular pillows. Although I do mostly use just regular pillows ones sees on most beds.

I can't sleep easily, without a pillow it will just makes me stay awake longer. So I always prefer to have pillows on my bed, 3 pillows will be nice. I prefer those soft and huggable ones.

Nopes I cannot sleep without one atleast. Inafact I use two for head and a side pillow at times. I dont prefer too soft pillows, I got them tailor made neither tooooo soft nor that hard. I think its good to sleep with a pillow and wake up fresh the next morning. Cheers, Bodhi

Commercially produced pillows come in a variety of sizes and range from very soft to very firm and different ones can be comfortable at different times depending on what your needs are in a pillow. The wrong pillow can cause neck pain.

No, i can't get enough sleep without a pillow. As it can be very disturbing and my sleep gets disturbed. I need something to support my neck while sleeping. You can use a soft pillow for sleeping so you can feel comfortable using them.

I need a pillow to sleep with me, it doesn't need to be very big pillow, i like the short and soft one. My boyfriend likes tall one. I like to hug the pillow when i watch TV and movie, or when i lay on my sofa. Feels good. In my home town, old people make the pillow filled with rice for the little babies, it was said that this kind of pillow good for babies. I am not sure if that's true or not.

No, rocketsky. I have to have 2 pillows actually. I can't sleep laying flat for it really makes it hard for me to breathe. I have to be slightly elevated. My pillows have to fluffy and soft also. I find those hard pillows too uncomfortable and I may as well sleep on a board. I try out the pillows before I buy them for too fluffy isn't good either. I don't like waking up to stiff kneck. I have heard that those Tempurpedic Pillows are supposed to be therapeutic and last for many years. I don't know, for although I'm sure it's worth the price, it's not in my budget at the time. I wonder if they are really worth the money. It's over $20.00 just for one!
