Do you have a lunch break everyday?How long?

hello there. of course i have a lunch break everyday at work and that is for one hour. all employees are required to have a lunch break and i don't know how i can survive and last the day without it.

I think,a break is necessary for every working persons. After a long break,everybody can feel better. And I think,after the break,they get more motivated to the work. The authorities should understand that.When I was in school I used to get along break of 30 minutes. Now in office I get a break of one hour. In fact it is too long.

We have lunch break at the office. It's every 12 to 1 in the afternoon. It's one hour so i also have time to take a little nap.

ya i too have a lunch break of one hour. and it is necessary to . since we all are humans we need to eat food at right time or else we can become weak . i dont think that there would be any place in world where lunch breaks are not given . if there are any such please message me .

Yeah i have an hour everyday unless im to busy and then i work straight through. Its good to have a break though and go out and get some fresh air. I am on my lunch break as we speak.
