Yeah I know. They are both Ciao Websites. I'm a member on both of them. But I noticed a lot of differences. Ciao.com Beta cater US Consumers. But how come there are a LOT of Asians that are providing reviews and comments but their English reviews aren't that good compared to the Ciao.co.uk site. If you do a review in Ciao.co.uk the comments that you'll will get are too good to be true. they will even criticize you if did something wrong. But the Beta US Version, OMG. If you will read the reviews of the members there, I'm not saying it generally but MOST of the reviews are copy and paste or like translated via Google translator. Its totally different. I don't like the fact that members of Ciao.com is just writing reviews and leaving comments just toma money and earn point out of it. If this kind of scenario will not stop or Ciao.com will not apply their strict rules for the members. Ciao.com Will be shut down, since its still under beta version. And I don't like that to happen. To MyLot members that is also a member of Ciao.com. You know what I'm talking about.

Both sites are credible but sadly the influx of greedy pigs on Ciao.com are what have been its downfall so far. As soon as the people who think they can join up just to make money and not actually care about writing ACTUAL opinions based on their ACTUAL EXPERIENCE of products realise that it's not going to work and stop abusing the site, then that is when the site will improve. Ciao UK is for UK residents only. No point in those who have got banned from Ciao.com joining up there unless they're resident in the UK and have a UK bank account. Ciao UK has been around much longer than Ciao.com (I've been on the UK site for over 5 years) and it's always had 95% honest members but most recently the greedy pigs who got banned from Ciao.com for cheating have been signing up over there and trying to bring that site down too.

"Bringing that site down too" bringing it down? maybe. But I totally disagree. Looking at the sites design. Its better than the UK site. I just mentioned above what they have done to those PIGS. LoL. Maybe a couple of other major developments from Ciao.com will make it a competitive site like Ciao.co.uk. And It is still in "BETA" version, so having a sister site like Ciao.co.uk which is a very successful site why not Ciao.com. Maybe someday it might be better than Ciao.com.uk. We don't know. Time will tell. If the members of both sites continuously do it the right way, I don't think these websites will not make it.

I agree with what you have just said. But not all review are crap and some are not copy paste. ciao.co.uk is only for exclusive countries. it is not for Asians. It is unfair for Asians to compare both sites though. What I know is that both companies are sister companies. May I just ask, I assume that you are not Asian, have you receive your payment with ciao? thanks

Yes your right. I'm from an Asian country as well. But seeing and knowing what other members of Ciao.com is doing, it is not right. They are clearly violating the terms and conditions. And while writing this response from you, I just saw the announcement from Ciao.com, "Due to the high Level of abuse on the site including plagiarism , spamming of members, and revenge ratings, Ciao.com has decided to start restricting membership to certain countries. We have tried to avoid this outcome, but number of violations has become too great........" Now it appears that Ciao.com is doing what they are supposed to do. Good Job. Payment from ciao? I just requested for it. They say that you'll gonna recieve it within 2weeks time. Maybe by May.
