have you special fear for something?

there are many people who fear for something. as me, i fear to centipede. someone fears to darkness, someone to cat,water,fire and so on. it is said as fobia. have you any kind of fobia? if you have,then what would you do to get rid of? what is the best way to control this type of fobia?

Hi shibham, it’s really interesting to know that you are fear of creature with lots of legs, the centipede. 
not laughing at you for your phobia! It’s because I have just found that what I’m scared of is the thing which is opposite to yours. My phobia is the tiny creatures without leg, like leeches, earthworms and worms.
I will feel scary and bite my nails when come across any of these disgusting legless little creatures. I couldn’t imagine how terrible the situation would be if seeing any leech crawling on my shoe. To avoid such situation to happen I will try my best not to the risk to go near any wet bushes area or shady area with piles of wet fallen leaves.
