I do not like the rainy season because the roads we find the roads filled with water adn stagnant with dirty water. Children find it very difficult to go to school. But rainy season has to happen otherwise we will not have water to drink. But in all probability I like winter season. Which season do you like?

I suppose it depends very much on which part of the world one is living. There is value in every season. I should say I like rainy season because it brings the water we need. Then on the other hand, we have to be very careful if a storm comes along ! In other parts of the world, it is the snow which brings the moisture needed. Very pleasant too. That's the winter time. But, freezing temperature can be very hard at times.

Hi there cudamani! I am not a big fan of the rain. However, there are times when I like it when it is raining. It's fun staying indoors when it is raining. There are also times when it is fun dancing in the rain. But then again, if we talk about the rainy season, I might not agree that it's the best season of the year. We get to postpone and/or cancel a lot of activities during this time.

I like the rainy season as well as the winter season.I love to play in the rain water as it gets flooded.I love the smell of mud of the first rain.I love the cool breeze and the dark and cloudy skies. When i used to got to work my friends forgot their umbrellas at home though i had one.So i too kept my umbrella closed and enjoyed the rain.

Ok, the rain makes more difficult our daily routine, but despite that I love rainy days. In my opinion, one of the biggest pleasures of life is kissing my girlfriend in the rain. If it´s not a torrential rain, I really enjoy having a walk in the rain. Without umbrella. Only a raincoat and a pair of good boots. When I hear the tapping of the raindrops in the hood of my raincoat I feel clean and completely alive. Sometimes rain is a nuisance, but I couldn´t live in a place where it never rains. Thanks for the discussion.

I like winter also. I do wish it would get a little bit colder here during the winter. I wish it would get cooler here period lol. Christmas day last year I had to dig out my daughters short sleeves and skirts. In the stores they sell all these cute long sleeve Christmas clothes but its always too hot here to wear it. All and all I like winter b/c when you walk outside you don't get a rush of heat like you do during the summer.

I guess I like spring best.Spring happens to be a rainy season.lol We dont have to worry about the shortage of water on rainy days.lol And the air is always fresher when its clear.I like the smell of soil and enjoy watching flowers or grasses wet with dew. That makes you refreshed. Its sometimes annoying if it rains for days or even weeks continuously.Luckily,it may happen only once or twice during the whole rainy season.

I also don't like rainy season because I can't go outside and do what I do outdoors. The road is slippery and I always have to bring an umbrella with me whenever I go out. I like summer because it's vacation season too.lol I can go to the beach together with my friends. We can go snorkeling or just swim into the sea.

I hate the rain. I do not live in a place where there is one season of rain-it rains on and off all year long. But I do like the winter. Ny favorite time of year would have to be summer I guess. But it seems I love whatever season I am in the most.except rain. I HATE rain.

I love the rain. I like the rain when we are driving around sometimes. I hate it though when I have to go get the kids or drop them off while it is raining cause its such a hassle because they keep them in their classrooms until the parents go in and pick them up.... The kids like to play in the rain and I usually let them unless its too bad or too cold. I dont really like cold weather. I am from Florida and am used to the heat and stuff so the cold is a bit much sometimes for me.

I don't like rainy season either. It's the season that I find it hard to get up from bed. It's the season when I find it hard to go to office, since, I will get wet *argh*. Nevertheless, we need seasons, as it helps our environment. So, I won't pick a season to like. We just have to bear with it.

No I don't like rainy season. I always feel trapped and depressed when it is raining. It is also not convenient to go out in rainy season. I don't like to get wet in the rain. But I do like it after the rain stops. The sky becomes so clear and everything smells so good. It really refreshes me. I like autumn the best I think. The weather is always so good in autumn.

I'd love a rainy season, if we ever had one. The area where I live is in an exceptional drought. We got an inch of rain recently, but was not nearly enough to bring us out of the drought. Without sufficient rain to replenish the aquifer, Water will be severely restricted for an area containing over 2 million people. The farmers won't be able to irrigate their crops or even to plant them.

I like rain, myself. I just get tired of so much of it. I guess it depends on the country you live in, though. If I had to deal with roads being filled with dirty water and the water being stagnant where you live, I might have a different opinion. Otherwise, rain to me is very relaxing. I like to sleep when it's raining. The weather here in Alabama gets very hot and dry in July and it's during that time that we wish we had some rain. I don't like tornado weather, though! We're bad to have those around here, especially in the spring, and they're very scary! I don't like winter too much. I just can't stand cold weather, especially if it gets below fifty degrees. The main reason is because I do a lot of horseback riding and I was taught not to ride when it's this cold. Horses can be very frisky when it's this cold and I don't want to get hurt. I think snow is pretty to look at but I can't stand to be out in it too long! My favorite season is spring because everything starts blooming then. The weather is usually just perfect for riding horses, the birds are singing, and the crickets are croaking at night. There are numerous thoughts that come to mind when I think about spring. I used to like summer when I was a child because it meant no school, wearing shorts, going swimming, drinking iced tea, riding horseback. Of course, I don't ride when it's ninety degrees. that's way too hot to be riding and it can make your horse sick if you get him too hot, especially if he's an aged horse! Kathy.
