Everything I write is uniquely mine, or I wouldn't be allowed to put my name on it. Quotes need to be credited to the original source, and research used has to be sited when you're doing an article as opposed to creative writing. Karen

Hmmm, there are a lot of questions you are asking. I do not think I have any unique writing styles yet, since there are so many subjects that I write about, writing style depends on the kind of topics covered. As to the quantity of articles, I am not too particular also. Maybe writing is just a hobby, I do not foresee writing articles as the main source of income, so the motivation to write 10 articles a day is not there. As to your question about creating unique articles, sometimes I do create unique articles. Since I read Chinese and have a keen interest in the history of China, that alone provides materials for more than a life time of writing. After all, Chinese histories spans 5,000 years, across so many dynasties. The historical records plus the legends contain a lot of interesting materials for writings. I have written about the only female emperor (Wu Zhetian), the man who became a prime minister at the ripe old age of 80 years old, Pu Song Ling and his collection of ghost stories that entertained people for more than 400 years, Sun Tzu and the Art of War, one war strategy Empty Fort strategy. But all these consumed a lot of time in researching, plus the translating of Chinese words into English. It is interesting to learn and to write, but not a good way to earn money from such "unique article" There are still a lot of materials to write about, but that will depend on my mood.

I can write about anything. I have very strong research skills. LexisNexis is a very good place for serious writer who wants to conduct research. It contains almost every single article printed in newspaper and magazines worldwide. I enjoy using LexisNexis for academic research when doing the coursework for college. While most people find it hard to come out with 3 references, I am able to reference 20 to 30 sources. But I am not a professional writer. I start posting to writing sites about 2 months ago. Strictly speaking, writing is part of our educational background. I mean, practically every subject in the university has examination requirement and the 3000 words coursework. And in working life, writing email, drafting letters, drafting the employee handbook, the company policy and the various different contracts are part of the job, cannot really run away from writing.

I write one article a day due to time constraints. I lack time but I write articles of 400 - 700 words. These days I write most days. I usually would reserach and write articles unless I write my personal experiences. I prefer quality writing as that will make you name stand out in the world of writing.

Nishdan, I am with you on this. I prefer quality of writing over quantity any day. Poor quality can give you a bad name in the profession.

I CAN write four to five chapters a day. Do I usually have the time or inspiration? Nope. xD It's been rumored that if I were left alone with a computer, I could finish a book in a week. I'll have to test that some day. I like to write alot! My problem is I'm always working on several projects at once!

I tend to write between 4 and 5 articles per day. Each article is around 500 words and sold on Constant Content for between $35-$50 each. I guess that's around 2,000-2,500 words for just articles each day. I also try to write at least 2 short stories every week. These can be anywhere from 1000 words up to 6,000 words and I sell these for between $40 and $100 each. When I'm bored or need a break from articles I'll waste some time here. MyLot is so pathetically low paying I don't include it in my 'serious' income calculations.

It depends on so many different factors for me. Some days I can go all day, and churn out page after page after page. Other days I get half an article written and life keeps interrupting me. I think the "interruption factor" is a big one for me. I try doing what all the experts recommend and letting the machine pick up the phone, telling my family I'm off limits, etc. Nothing seems to work, though. I can't stand the sound of a ringing telephone -- I guess I'm sort of OCD about that. And the family? They don't take me seriously. I think they see "Mom" as an old softie! My writing style changes dramatically depending on what I'm writing, definitely. If I'm writing short articles, it's very precise and compact. If I'm writing fiction, though, I can be extremely emotional and descriptive.

Hi neerajpandey_13,you are quiet a good writer as it seems from your number of posts.Anyway,I think it depends on my mood other than anything else.If I am in a good mood, then I can write even 10-13 pages in a single day(Maximum pages I can write),if I am not in a mood, then I cannot write a single page.

I have never actually counted my total number of words. I write articles that are generally of 400 to 700 words. Some days I may only write part of an article, and on other days I can write or complete several articles. My writing style varies according to the sort of article I'm writing. I also write blog posts, forum posts and myLot responses. I think I probably average around 1000 words a day, but the important thing is that I do write every day. There is never a day when I do not write.

Writing is go important in modern society, every day activities includes reading. Whether at school, reading a text book or in relation, reading the newpapers; or trying to duplicate our favorite dinner, from our mother's receipt box, being able to read what another person has written, depends on the writer understanding sentence and paragragh structures. In the 1970's right until President Bush's "No Child Behind" Federal program of nation wide standards where inplimented, Enghish curriculum, as was all academic curriculums development, left at the school district level. Some ethnic groups of people where believed to be more inclined to be vocational training and not able to grasp academics, by those who ran the school districts and so the children in minority ethnic groups, within the inner cities of the United States where denied a proper education in the academics; including in-depth English clases. At the same time, these families, many who's parents where migrants from the caribbean island of Puerto Rico and, many also, from African Americans families struggling financially and, quite frankly socially made for diaster and the learning environment for a child within these group, was to say the least, compremized. However, if there is a will, there is a way, and if the passion to write is engraved in your heart and mind, write you will, so be it fragmented. When a person writes an article fragmented, a good reader of that article will become frustrated, because, the reading becomes difficult, and at times will not easily understood. If a person has a passion to write, but is not sure how good are the writing skills, then the first step is to write (that first attempt will become a draft) then before publishing; whether on the web or on a publication is to go over sentence structure. There are so many free websites; all one must do is goggle "English Sentence Structure", explore the many websites options that appear on the browser web page, and study the English sentence structure before finalizing an article. Here is a really good website where anyone can get a better understanding in English sentence structure. There are many options on websites that teach sentence structure free, and I recommend indepth exploration of each website available because some are easy to understand while others may be a bit more complex. Before writing for the general public make an effort to make sure your article is easily read, by refreshing your writing skills. This way, it will basically be an enjoyment reading what ever you have to say, and have written,so that another person can read it, and understand exactly what it is you are trying to say.

IT all depends on my mood. Some days, I can easily write 5 or 6 articles, and other days, I can't seem to even write one. I want my work to be quality work, so I am pretty critical of myself and my writing. I often ask a family member to read my work and give me their honest opinion before I submit my work.

It all depends on what I am writing. I write everything, so in some areas I write more and in some areas I write less. I write articles, reviews, short stories, true stories, of course small little things like I write here and I have even written a book and am in the middle of another one. Sometimes it's traditional material and sometimes it material that is way out there so there is never one set pattern for me. I write because I enjoy it and luckily for me some other people like what I have written also. But no matter what, my work is always unique. I never plagiarize!

I was writing four articles a day. The time it takes me to write an article really depends on subject matter and my interest. It also usually depends if I am concentrating just on what I am writing or if the kids are home and I am chasing after them. I can write an article in an hour if I am familiar with the subject matter and this usually is about 500-700 words. I guess I have the gift of gab if I know and am interested in what I am writing.

I am never count how many words i write every day. I am a chinese, the only place i use my english is here and my work. So i think more than 1000 words. As english is not my nation language, i am not very good at writing a articles. But i am trying my best to post my opinions on other's topic. The more i write, the better i will be. I actually learn alot from this website by reading people's different idea of the same topic! Thanks Mylot!

Right now - assignment wise the most I normally have to write each day is 2 articles and at that point I'm out. But its not like writing online for me you have to show that you know what you are doing, you have to show that you are legitimate and you have to have a source for everything you are saying that isn't a website. So for each article I'm normally spending a few hours interviewing people and then a few more hours going through those interviews and transcribing them. This is all for my school's newspaper and I think once I started interviewing I can't really write a legitimate article without them. Otherwise you're doing one of the main things you get told not to do in Journalism - tell a lie. Because you don't know, you just heard it - that never means you actually were there and can say it happened.
