Well lately I've been dreaming of weird things every night. And I have forgotten most of them because they are really weird to think of. Although I remember some, I almost forgot all of them because all of them are senseless, what I mean is they can never happen. I dunno the reason but I've been dreaming couple of dreams that are extremely weird too. Some of these are I've been returned to the school where I finish my high school days but I'm a college student on that school. That school will never have any college studies offered but on my dream, I'm going there for class as a college student,, and with my classmates on high school. Doesn't is sound weird. Haven't you experienced this weird dreams and could you share with us.? Haven't you been experienced nightmares too that make you wake up forcibly,?

Yup! I had. And it's scary. I am conscious, but I can't move my body, and I find it hard to breath. It happens to me around 4 times.

I experience it when I fell asleep mad or stress. It seems that my subconscious mind is taking its course when I am in my deep sleep.

when we are stressed, angry, have not prayed before sleeping, we are forced to sleep and so we are forced not to have a relaxed mood when we sleep, i guess it also brings out the subconscious mind's reaction to these things.

Yes, I am prone to have nightmares. I used to sleep side lying position because when I do supine position or lying on my back I experienced nightmares and even weird dreams. It's hard to experienced bangungot or which we called in medical term pancreatitis which is a silent killer and you will no longer wake up again. In a study, this happened due to sleeping with a full stomach or eating fatty foods. I always wake up and tried to wake up when I experienced weird dreams, its like 3-4 times I experienced difficulty waking up but thanks god I woke up from those nightmares. That's why I always pray before I go to sleep.

I rarely have nightmares. I experienced them often during I was ill. I would see strange images and struggle hard. nightmares brought me very unhappy experiences. I would never come across them again. I prefer nice dreams, but they seldom come to me. what a pitty!

I experienced already lots of weird and scary bangungot. sometimes i woke up teary eyed because i feel that it's very true. i also dreamed sea, snakes, water, and wedding ceremony and for that all they have different meanings in true life. thats why even if im very tired for the whole day activities i will never forget to pray to God. because he is the one only save us in danger or for everything.

Hello ulqu1orra, good day to you. I already experienced this kind of weird bad dreams which here in our country called "Bangungot" (nightmare). Well, while sleeping and you encounter this kind of bad dreams, It's really hard to be wake up when you are in this kind of situation. Me, when i am in this situation I really pray in my dreams that i must be woke up. I would like to share my experience in "bangungot"(Nightmare) well when I am already enjoying my sleep, I dream about a bad situation and I am already in the point that I know I am dreaming, then I really use my hands to open my eyes and still I can't be awake, the blood is already rushing in my hands and I am very scared in my dreams. Then after thinking about that I really do not have hope, i begin to pray again then after praying my mother wake me up. Then atlast i begin to open my eyes, I am very thankful to my mother and I really thank GOD' i just give my mother a big hug. In that situation I really feel scared encountering "nightmare". After that i begin to find a research while people encounter nightmare, then I know the reason with it. One reason of it is due to over eating of food before sleeping where your stomatch is waiting tn digest the food before sleeping where your stomatch is already full enough and the thing that you must do is tn mwait to digest the food in order to avoid nightmare. In my own opinion with my research, i think it is true because when the time that i encounter NIghtmare, my stomatch is full and i cay say that while the food is griding, it gives the consumer of food to think more because of the energy that it give. Therefore i conclude that "when you have energy and you sleep there is a great possibility for the particular person to encounter nightmare. Here in our country there are some many particular situation where people die with this matter which is very hard to be resist especially when it is already happening in your sleep. Well, that's all the end of my response here in your very interesting discussion. I hope i give a good response! Good luck to earning career and GODBLESS us always.

I think that is not a bangungot... I think it is just an ordinary dream that is really weird. Bangungot happens when you are having nightmares meaning really scary dreams that you are sometimes talking shouting or anything to that effect. Dreams are really weird they sometimes convey messages to us in an unconventional manner. Some even logs their dream so that they could interpret it when they get to connect one dream from another dream. Well if you can do so you can perhaps interpret your own dream. If you would like try visiting this website www.dreammoods.com they have a wide array of dreams and interpretation of it.

I dream'd of this several times already and I it's the dream I hate most and never wanted to experience again. I considered it as nightmare or "bangungot". Well this is what's happening in that nightmare. I'm laying down. I almost can't move my entire body, it seems like there's a force hindering me to move. I'm fighting for my life, my breath, because if I would not exert all my effort to move either my hand or foot, then I would die, I can't hardly breath. Fortunately I always did able to move my hands or feet and be able to wake up. While dreaming, it seems like it's really happening, you are aware of what's happening. That's why everytime I sleep I always make sure that one of either my legs or arms is bended, so that I can easily kick it out or move if ever I would have that nightmare again. This is the weirdest dream I ever had.

I was fond of watching zombie movies in my teenage years and as a consequence, I used to have bad dreams about them. There were dreams that the undead found their way into our house and was trying to reach for me so they can start gnawing on me!Yaiks! But 2 years ago, I started having these dreams that I consider weird. Because it seemed to me as if they were a series of dreams. And I used to dream of this former classmate of mine from grade school. And what's more weird is that I almost forgotten his existence because we haven't seen each other for more than a decade. But just like that one night, he popped out in my dreams. From what I can understand, that guy was representing someone else that had been a part of my life. Sure enough, after a few weeks of having those dreams, my former boyfriend who was then already married, tried to re-establish the connection between us. From which I have turned down, because I'm happily married and I don't want any trouble.
