Kumquats- How do you eat them?

I personally love to eat the fruit in its entirety. Yes rine, pits all. Now I thought that is the way you eat them. If not then how? Also does anyone know of any recipees using this fruit?

Is there someone who eats them without skin? Their skin is hard to remove. So I eat them entirely too.

I agree the peel is somwhat sweet as the pulp is sour . Yum yum Thanks for the coment
