Looking for good cheap webhosting service, anyone want to help?

I'm just looking for a good cheap webhosting service that comes with at least a decent website builder that can help me do what I want to do with my many different site ideas. I also want a preferably reliable one that isn't full of AD's(I would prefer one's without AD's at all.), and that doesn't have a lot of downtime. Anyone who wants to help me out with this I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance! Please no affiliate links.

yesterday i tried byethost.com good chioce. supports wordpress mysql still i am exploring this site

I just quit using tbyethost.com nivinag. I got sick of their downtime. I averaged it for the last year at being 45% down. :(

Ahahah, 45%?! That's a horrible downtime! I was looking into "justhost" I keep hearing lots of good reviews about them. Not so good reviews when it comes to refunds but good reviews when it comes to quality and service and for what they offer $4 a month is a bargain on my opinion. Have either of you heard of that?
