What's wrong with ciao.com?

I have an account with another money online at www.ciao.com. I started last March 2009. I joined ciao.com because aside from I want to make extra money using the internet, I also want to share my idea about some products. Last holy week, I had a problem with this internet service. I can open their site but I cannot log in. I send a letter to the management about such problem but until I got no response. Is there anybody there who can enlighten me with this problem? Thank you!

i can't login also. i don't know why, this would be the first time i will check my ciao account after 3 months but i can't open. this was still last holy week? what's wrong with ciao. damn. XD

Yes alleroid16. I noticed it last holy week. But I still receive an email informing me that my reviews have been rated. All my reviews are also available. I can view it but I cannot log in. Lately, there are members of ciao.com whose reviews were gone maybe because those were found out to have violated plagiarism law.

I am from India and after reading your post, I would like to believe that they do not have much offer for Asian countries and members. I also joined it last year but I gave up within a month because I did not get anything from them. Without going into the details of the problem, I would like to advice you to switch to some other website.

It's hard telling with Ciao.
I just logged in less than a minute ago without issue, and all of my reviews are still intact.
