I've read lot of people complaining about Ciao, saying they are banning people because they earn too much. Well, I've made an experiment. I worked hard in the month of march to see if these people were right, and today I got the answers. Some people said that Ciao closed their account because they were earning more than 100 US$, and they blamed Ciao saying they were working hard and honestly on the site, so there were no reason to close their account. They accused Ciao saying Ciao closed their account just because Ciao not wanted pay so much. In other words they accused Ciao to be a cheater. Ok, now you can judge yourself. Yesterday I've received from Ciao US$ 257 !!!! My Ciao account is still running, they not banned me, they not deleted my reviews, they paid my money (just few days in late ;) ). So is Ciao a cheater? I guess no. I guess the people complaining about Ciao abusive account closings are the true cheaters. I've several referrals in Ciao, most of them seems to be honest people too. I've seen some "ciao friends" accounts closed, anyway I wasn't accused about clicking cartel, plagiarism and so on. Why? I should say because I'm an honest member in ciao! I write my own reviews, I don't copy them from other source. I rate people reading their reviews, I don't care about people who says "rate 5 of mine I will do the same" and so on. I want say once again, Ciao is a great way to earn money honestly. There is no reason to try to cheat them, you will lose if you will do that. Write a review is not a so hard job. Rate other people reviews request less efforts than message them claiming you've rated them and asking for rate. So why you don't try to work honestly on Ciao? You will be surprised about how easy is earn good money in the right way! Try it, you will not regret. If you are not yet member in Ciao, feel free to visit my profile page, you will find the banner to join Ciao, as well as some info about how much you can earn there. Thanks to all and happy earnings to all of us!

i do not think the member from asia be banned cause to they earn too much.it is because of these country's member scam ciao too much.ciao did not need the reviews by spam, ciao need the really felling of you to the product or to the review.so if you want to get money from ciao, you must not to post spam in ciao.com,if you do so,you will be banned in ciao, because of you are not a honest people,so you is not welcome to ciao.ciao is a great site, you work in ciao harlly, you will get your payment at last.

I was not referring about the recent asian countries ban. I just was referring about the people that in the recent past said (also here in mylot) that Ciao banned their account because they earned too much.

No honest members were banned from getting paid. If someone didn't get paid, then they were found to be cheating the site. Plain and simple.

I am also having problems logging in to ciao, does that mean I am banned or my country, Philippines, is? I am still receiving email alerts from ciao and I also received my March payment, it was a bit late though. I already emailed ciao asking them if my country, continent or myself is banned from ciao as we are having difficulties logging in. Up to now, I haven't received any reply from them. I, we Asians are banned I do hope that ciao will have the courtesy to inform us that we are and state the reason/s why is that so. I don't like going through proxies just to login to ciao. It's like being a criminal where you have to go through back doors because you are not given the permission to go in or out freely. I, myself, haven't done anything wrong to be banned. I didn't violate any rules, I didn't and will never plagiarize, nor did I ever give vindictive ratings even to those who deserve them. And banning Asians? Why ban the whole race? Why not ban those individuals who deserve it and not the whole race. Why punish the whole race for the violations of a few or even the majority in that race? I know of many Filipinos who are very good writers. We are good in English, being our second language. Most Filipinos can speak and understand English, even those who never went to school. This is getting too long. To end this I really hope that ciao inform us via e-mail if we are banned and pay us what we earned. That way, we know where we stand and we won't be wasting our time with sites that don't welcome us Asians.

Hello. I guess, and I'm quite sure because I've read lot of people saying it, that Ciao pay you anyway, just need to ask the payout via email. Check on the site for the contact mail, should be info at ciao.com. I'm agree with you, they should not ban a whole country, because is not fair for the honest people that live there. Wish they will reconsider this action, banning the cheaters and allowing the honest and good writers to come back working on Ciao. Best wishes

I am also a member of Ciao and from an Asian country. I was banned due to the effect of the activities of other Asian members there. The other members were spamming other members. I log-in on that site a few times only and I only have two reviews which are really good and helpful to other consumers. My current balance there is only $1.36 and I have not been paid yet unlike other Asian members, not even before. I think there is nothing wrong with Ciao but there is with the other Asian members(though not all).

Yes, you're right, of course the problem is about the cheaters... but also if lot of them are from asian countries, I don't guess that the right solution is ban an entire country. You're the demonstration that good users can be from asians countries too, so wish Ciao will find a way to ban the cheaters only.

I joined Ciao a few months ago and after I joined, I never went back. Well there has been all of this talk about Ciao in the past several weeks, so I decided to go check it out again. I began writing reviews last night. I really like the site!! I can't believe you earned that much $$ - that's awesome! How did you do it? I'd love some tips. :-) I'm also anxious to prove to people that Ciao is not a cheater!

I tried to write some quite good reviews, I worked a lot on getting referrals, and I checked and rated lot of reviews from other members. Without soliciting in any way people to rate me. Also if you don't ask people to rate your reviews, if you check the statistics of the members before rating their reviews, you will know who rate back ;) That's all, no secrets, no tricks, just hard work ;)

Hi, I've read a lot of good and bad things about Ciao, I have never went to the site to check it out, so I didn't really know what a person does there to earn money, but now that I have read your discussion, I will have to go to it. It sounds quite interesting. I will go to your profile page. Thanks for the information.

Ok It seems you are really earning great in Ciao. It is your hard work. But I do not think Ciao just closes account if people earn too much. They close if the people cheat. But now they have restricted access to all Asians here. It is bad. All Asians are not cheaters.

Hello. Thanks for your response here. Yes it was my hard work there. This month I've not worked so much, and my earnings will be really lower than that. But my goal was to demonstrate that no matter how much you earn, Ciao will pay you, if you're an honest member. I'm sad for what happened to asian countries members, anyway we cannot negate the evidence: lot of asians members was unpolite. Lot of them was trying to cheat Ciao in several manners. And as usual, people who thinks they are so smart, will finish with nothing in their pocket. Sad that this is gone against the honest members from these countries too. Wish Ciao will solve the problem with a "per user" solution instead than a "per country" solution.

Hi, seems like Ciao is a pretty good site to earn in. I just recently heard of the site and I wanted to try it out only I have read discussions here in mylot that they are banning members from asia. Is that true? So will I just be wasting my efforts in joining since I am located in asia? I would really appreciate some clarification regarding this matter. I am new with this online earning things.

Wow you really earned good at Ciao.. Did you only earned that US$257 in just one month? Great earnings! I also received my Ciao payment and I was already feel great even it's only $20.00 Although I can't open my Ciao account now because of their new rules but I never feel anything bad for them. I myself saw lots of how do I called those reviews can I call it garbage. I really saw lots of new members who's not really giving a decent reviews and also lots of revenge ratings. I know that Ciao will definitely do something to stop those members but I though they will only banned those particular members never though that they will banned members from countries. I really feel sad that this thing happening at Ciao now because I've been working hard at Ciao and Ciao is my favorite online site. I just hope that Ciao will open their door again and will only just finding ways to prevent those kind of members again. Ciao is a great trusted site.. Thank you Ciao..

Hello warrior. Yes I worked hard on Ciao, and outside too, to get referrals there. And I'm agree with you about the "garbage". Is sad to see that for some brainless idiot that not understood that working honestly on ciao can give you good money, lot of honest and great ciao members are banned just because of their country. Wish you will beable to come back in ciao soon ;) See you

In my opinion Ciao is a good site, and their work is more or less professional. So if someone is banned by Ciao I don't think that is for a mistake or a misunderstand. Probably that person done something against the guidelines. But usually is easier blame Ciao then ourselves when something wrong happens. About the banning of the entire countries, I'm not agree with what Ciao done. Lot of honest people were working in the right way from these countries, and for lot of them that was a true job, helping their families. So I wish Ciao will find a different solution soon for all of them.

Complaints about the member who can get so many earning and not paid by ciao, I often hear. I do not believe that, ciao is a website that as a high credibility. The last three weeks, many members especially from Asia difficulty to login in ciao. Several days ago, I heard that ciao are doing the audit process. I have the assumption that the cause difficult to login to ciao. Indeed, many member suspected of cheating in ciao. Violation when writing reviews, giving rate and send messages that contain spam. I hope the audit process is completed and all members do activities with honest.

That is a great experiment. I just started a month ago and got my first payout this month. It was not a whole lot, but I didn't join Ciao to make a whole lot of money anyways. My other writing avenues will do that for me. I try to write the best quality reviews as I possibly can. I try to aim for longer and longer reviews. When I joined I had seen some things that really needed to be fixed. The very first review that I was going to make had like 14 word for word reviews which obviously I reported. I have found one other like that one later on. I think it was this month. I hate the people who ask rate them and join their circle of trust. I do that if they deserve it and I rate people daily even if I don't write a review that day. I am in the green level and getting close to the blue level now.

I like what you have just posted.. And I guess Yes Ciao is not a cheater.. I even see some who just makes comments again and again, just so they can get ratings.. I hate those cheaters and i really ignore them.. its really wasting my time. And I don't know why some people had a hard time writing reviews, i mean come on, its just like sharing your experiences in words.. i don't know whats so difficult about it.. anyway I really appreciate this post and I hope cheaters will be banned. But I hope ciao determines who is really the cheater and will not make mistake in picking who is the real cheater.. -thanks by "batman"

Hello. Thanks for your question. Ciao basically is a reviews writers community. You can write your own review about almost anything you want (there is a really big list of items you can review), and you will earn according to the rating your reviews will get. Not difficult to do, and with a great earning potential. Unfortunately Ciao decided to ban several asian countries in the last times. And I guess India was banned too.
