a lot of time we look into our live and all we can see is the mess and bad decision, and we asked our self why me?. But there is no immediate answer to our problem. Because some point in our live we choose to make a choice and the choices we make has mess up our lives, so it is very important to make the right choice and when we do, whatever bad thing happen in our live it has destine to be so. Lets think before we act, and allow devine intervention.

WIlly, I find myself answering you again. To answer the question of "Why me?" God put you on this world to learn something, in order to do this you have free will, but you will always run across decisions in life where you will make the wrong one. It is very simple, you take the time to reflect and learn from your mistakes. Prayer is the way to "devine intervention" and not just pray but as you say time to think, but more than that time to listen to what that small voice inside you is saying, it will not lead you wrong. But you have to actually learn to listen to it and to make a habit of it. The voice Of God will grow stronger in you if you pray and reflect on your prayer. The hardest words to express are those of regret, but there are times in this wilfe when we all need to find the words to make things right. God helps those who help themselves. So do not feel sorry for yourself, but make the decission to do something about it and pray and pray and then listen to what that voice tells you then act.

I think that people are born to make mistakes, or how would we ever learn that they are mistakes in the first place? you are always going to be faced with choices in life, and while it is up to you which ones you choose, sometimes the path you choose may very well look like the right one at the time, but then circumstances change and you realize that maybe you should've taken the other one. As long as we own up to our mistakes and learn something from them, I think that is the point to it all.

Learning from our mistakes....... True that, If we don't ever learn from our mistakes then what's the whole point in having had the experiences?

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

Yes you are right that we should pray for divine intervention before we make a decision. Most of the time anger triggers us first and what we have already said is hard to take back because of pride. When one has a made a decision then don't regret it and move on otherwise your tendency is to dwell on it and you get depressed. Two days ago I decided to be happy and move on with my life. It is eating me up for 5 years now. I have been crying and dwelling on the past. I realized that today the 3rd day I feel better. Whenever I am reminded of the past I ask it to get out the front door and pray for intervention. I hope you will feel better. Take care.
