I'm from Taiwan, and although I'm not really familiar with the names of the dishes, I do know Lo Bok Cakes, they're white Taiwan radishes and it's made into little square cakes and fried. They're absolutely delicious, and I always eat a lot whenever someone makes them for me. I definitely recommend everyone to try it, although radish isn't a favourite among lots of people, I know for one my boyfriend doesn't like it even though he's Chinese/Cantonese.

Indian foods are always wonderful for everyone and so are the chinese, Italian and Thai food. These are popular for their taste, flavour and ease to cook or prepare. Chinese dishes are so popular these days in India, that many people have their favourites as chinese only. My favourite dishes are Paneer masaala[Indian] chowmen [chinese] and Italian Pashta

I'm from Bicol region of the Philippines, yes we have the famous Bicol express, a very spicy pork cooked with coconut cream and spreaded with huge amount of chili or with the chili itself as the veggies mixed. The laing, dried gabi leaves with the sauteed pork and shrimps plus the coconut cream, ginger and seasoning. dinuguan, the pork plus it's blood same with all the seasoning plus the cocnut cream. chicken adobo, kinunot or paggi meat(stingray) with malunggay plus the famous gata (coconut cream). As a desert the ginataan, mixed root crops cooked with gata and sugar. Pili nuts, preserved pili candies. Almost all of the recipes from Bicol area are cooked with the coconut cream as coconut is one of their leading products. So many more taste them as you visit the bicol region.

i would say it's "bulalo". it is just beef boiled with the usual things we use to spice any dish here: onion, garlic, peppercorns. however, it is the amount of time it is cooked to tenderize the beef to it's almost melting point and even the beef's bone marrow that is cooked with the beef that makes this a nightmare to those with weight and health problems. sorry. i know that cows are sacred in your country but it is the best dish here. peace .

I have to admit that maybe Italy is the best in food, maybe only because I born here and it's difficult to get used to other foods, but everyone knows pizza and pasta, they are the best for me and are know everywere!!..i really like a good pizza, the real pizza is "margherita" with mozzarella, tomato and basil leaves. In my region we have tipical dishes like "tortellini" a type of stuffed pasta cooked in broth, and "piadina", a type of thin bread to fill with what you prefer..maybe I can say other dishes, there are too much good food in italy, like every country, so I stop here and if you are interested you can search something about it or visit italy!

Karekare - This is a picture of Karekare and bagoong.
For me,it is kare kare in the Philippines. I love it with lots of rice. It is a dish made of peanuts and oxtail or beef. We also placed pechay, cabbage, string beans and banana heart to it. We eat it with a dip we caleed bagoong which is a shrimp paste.

Adobo - Chicken Adobo
Namaste ilawise26 I have tried some Indian dish and I also like Samosa. I am planning to try Chicken Biryani next time. My younger sister has tasted Beef Khorma from her friend and she wants to try to cook it. The most popular and favorite dish in my country is Adobo. Adobo in the Philippines is a stew of meat, usually pork, chicken or a combination of both. Vegetables or seafood may also be used. The meat is browned in oil and simmered until tender in a mixture of garlic, bayleaf, black peppercorns, vinegar, and soy sauce. Some versions have the addition of gata (coconut milk) instead of soy sauce, and are therefore called Adobo sa Gata (Adobo in Coconut Milk).

That sounds delicious! In our country (the Philippines), one of our best delicacies is ADOBO. You can cook it as Chicken Adobo or Pork Adobo. It is really delicious and it is served in many food establishments in our country. And we also heard that even foreigners who visit our place love adobo as well. It is indeed a must try food in our country.

I'm Filipino I love eating adobo (pork or chicken sauteed in onion garlic cooked in soysauce and vinegar). It is a simple to cook so everybody can cook it. It is not spoiled easily because it has vinegar. My mother cooks it very often in breakfast or dinner. I prefer chicken adobo than pork I can't resist eating to much rice if my viand is adobo.

kerala food (sound Indian) is very famous for its traditional meal, so called "sadhya" wherein rice is served on plaintain leaf with about 15 to 20 types of different curriese. this is usually served during occassional festival seasons. and finally different types of "payasams" (sweet porridge).

i'm from the Philippines my first on the list of best dishes here is kare-kare... it's my favorite, the bagoong should be well cooked, as it is the partner of this dish. next would be dinuguan, when i was younger, for me my mom cooks the best dinuguan in the country... lol... but we kind of have a change in belief (converted to Christianity) so we dont eat this anymore. main ingredient of this one is pig's blood. adobo would be next, and then papaitan, kaldereta... there are so many more dishes here, different provinces have their own special dish. for sweets, kalamay and leche flan are my favorite.
