I really do not think about that much. I have seen lots of it and ended saying that the world would end and look at us still living and existing in our world. i do believe that when the end is near we'll know it or we'll just be surprised we're on it already and will just pop out of existence.

Hi and thanks for the response. I can agree with what you are saying, no one truly knows when it will end.

I don't believe in the religious sense of the Apocalypse. I have studied the Mayan prophecy and it doesn't specifically announce the end of the world. December 21, 2012 is considered the date where the Earth will move onto a new era; but in no way does it suggest that it will be like a light switch that will be turned off. To my understanding, it will be a time of evolution for the collective consciousness and unification in harmony for all humanity. There is a very good article that might interest you at www.13moon.com - As for the end of the world, I don't believe there is a set time for anything as such to happen. Collective consciousness changes everything constantly, and I believe it depends on us, on what how we treat Earth that will determine our outcome.

No one knows when the Apocalypse will occur, and as highly touted as the Mayan calender which predicts 2012 as the year when all hell breaks loose, I seriously doubt even that is correct. Besides, it's stupid to keep worrying about it. Can we control it? No. Why worry, then?
