I just got my jeans about a month ago and they fit perfect. Now when I put them on they are loose and I need to wear a belt with them...this is good news....I am slimming down faster than I had expected this spring. I am now going to focus the toning exercises...because I am very excited. I finally have gotten to the point where I see all the changes happening and how with some more work how I can get to the size I never really was before. So the bad news is it is not within my budget to replace all my clothes LOL But I think somehow I will squeeze it in. Has anyone else gone down some sizes this year? If you have congrats.

good for you!!! care to share how you are losing all those pounds? and i'm assuming you're losing inches off your waist which is my concern as well.. just recently enrolled in a boxing club to trim down. i'm happy with my weight as i've tried to go up to 150lbs and i've managed to maintain it. problem is my tummy which i hope to flatten... not the flat abs type but just not bulging like it is now. thanks for the reply. cheers!!!

That's where I am losing mine now is my belly. Which is wonderful....The first response I listed a whole bunch of ways I focused on cutting out calories, fat and sodium so check that out, it was a long response.... I broke 150lbs this month. Last weigh in I was 149.1 so I am happy about that. As for working out. Well, I do a lot of work at home like mowing around 1/4 acre of land throughout the week (I count that as my 30-45 min cardio). This morning I started using my resistant bands for toning and sculpting my arms and legs. Oh and on the belly fat. Increase your antioxidants. Blueberries are the highest besides that Acai berry. It's very helpful to keeping the waist trim. And the waist is not only important to keep trim because it looks better it is also important because that is a indication of duture conditions like heart disease, diabetes, etc. Good luck and keep it up. It took me around five to seven years to finally understand what works and doesn't and it is very worth it. I look better now than ever and I am not using any pills besides vitamins. Thanks

I am currently trying to. I lost 5 lbs within a week and half just by eating better foods and portion control. Haven't had much time for exercise and its still been too cold outside to get out there and walk with my little one. Congrats on the weight loss what are you doing to help shed the weight? I love getting everyone's success stories so I can learn how to myself! P.S. You have to treat yourself to a few new pieces of clothes just to celebrate the fact that you have worked hard to get there!!!!

You are definitely on the right track. I am not one to completely change my eating habits...it never worked before and I always gained rebound weight. So this is basically what I do: I never cook with salt...like in spaghetti I just add olive oil I always add my salt later (cuts my sodium intake in half if you think about it) I switched from butter spreads to the "I can't believe it's not butter" (less sodium and fat/calories) and if I use butter I use the salt free butter sticks. I try to make everything homemade so i know what is in it. like I love pizza...so I found an easy recipe where I can make it at home and it's better than the ones I order and I know what I am putting in my body. I use as much wheat product as possible: breads, flour, etc. I drink mainly diet cokes at work and more juices at home. I use sugar substitute and lo fat creamer in my coffee. I eat fresh or frozen veggies as much as possible. I take my vitamins everyday (multi and b-12, fish oil and calcium+d) I make myself get up and do stuff even when I don't want to. and I take time every morning now before work to put my face on (as my mom always said it)
