Is nomincashout a spam?

Today I saw that my account has been suspended. I was near to $1 and I waited for that to cashout today and to my greatest nightmare the site has suspended my account. It told me to email them but here again their email address is not recognised. So is it a spam?

Don't know.I have been paid well,one of my friends has even got his first payout.Cant understand what happened to your account.I have come to learn recently that this site will close but dont have the authenticity of this statement..

Maybe because it will be closed down that my account is already suspended. Anyways it is still so frustrating.

The site was down sometime back and it is working again for the past one or two months. The admin says that site upgrade was going on. Where ever you got that info if you could just share I want to check it out. If I feel it's going to shutdown I may as well stop wasting my time right now.
