Hi everyone. My health is getting worse. I already have Gastropareis, IBS-D, Fructose intollorance, carpal tunnel syndrome, and then the basic problems like allergies, ashma, ect .. I just got results from an MRI on my back and it showed a protruding disc plus arthritis on my spine. GREAT!!! Thats all I need is to suffer more!! I have pain everyday from back from the bloating I have from the ibs. WHich is a pain. I always just wanted to be very healthy. I used to exercise almost 7 days a week, now I find it hard to exercise one day a week. I am also very over weight. I just wish these bad things would stop happening to me!! I hope every one else's health is good.

You sound so much like me right now. Everytime I go to the doctor lately things seem to get worse. I was just diagnosed with carpel tunnel arthritis in my neck and lower and back and I am scheduled for an MRI because of numbness in my legs and feet. I already had fibromyalgia, depression, chronic headaches, hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. I still want to think I can make some of this better. I am trying an eating program called Great Taste No Pain which claims to help with digestive problems (including IBS). I hope it helps some but above all even though I do have the depression and anxiety I still try to keep a positive attitude and I try to do some activity (painful as it is) every day. I hope and pray that you can find some relief for yourself.

Hi lumenmom, Could you give me the information on the great taste no pain plan? I have tried everything for my ibs and nothing worse. I have had the severe bloating every day for 5 years and I think it damaged my back. I have a protruding disc and arthritis in my spine. I just found this out through an MRI. I have numbness in my feet to and sometimes in my leg. And my hands. I would give anything for some relief of this bloating. Next I am having an MRI of my head because of the dizziness and headaches. I will pray for you as well that you can get some relief.

Thankyou lumenmom I am so relieved to know that there is someone else out there that is suffering with severe bloating like me. Of course, no one should have to live like this so I am sorry that you have to. I think the bloating has damaged my back also. I have been looking and researching for years for something to help this bloating. And nothing has worked. Thankyou for the website. I will check it out. And good luck to you as well.

If you key in http://www.greattastenopain.com you will be at the website where you can read more about it and sign up to receive a 4 day eating plan that is designed to give some immediate relief. I have not tried it yet as I have to get a few of the food items but it does not seem too hard and if it works it will be well worth it. Of course the idea is that you will by into the longer diet plan, but again if it helps I am all for it. I have not had any testing done on my bloating but it is a major problem for me and makes me extremely uncomfortable along with everything else. I pray that we all find some relief soon.

Poor dear lagirl, i am so sorry to read about your bad health and how much you are suffering . I only wish i was in your country and near to you so that i could be of some help to you. Unfortunately i am situated very far away and the only thing i can do is pray to God for you ans ask Him to remove or at least reduce your pain and suffering. May God bless you with good health.

To be honest lagirl, I think there's something going on that we don't know about. Something with our government and their secrets that has to do with all of us getting sick and not knowing why or where the symptoms came from to begin with. I'm not well either, I have lupus which affects every joint in my body. I'm in constant pain but I do my best to deal with it. I take enough damned pills every day as it is, I don't want to add anymore. But sweetie, I feel for you! I really do!! Please call your lawyer often to be sure that they're doing their job and expediting your case because you need help NOW not tomorrow....

I will definetly call my lawyer. I tried to friday, but all I got was the machine. I am going to send an email this weekend and call again monday. And believe it or not, today is my birthday!! I prayed for some relief for a bday present. Guess I didn't get it. Oh well, I will keep praying. Hope you get some relief to. Take care. And I will say a prayer for you to.

I know it's very hard to be upbeat when your in so much pain all the time and every time you turn around something else on your body is breaking or in need of repair. I live with pain everyday from osteoarthritis, bursitis, and fibromyalgia, and recently neuropathy. I realized that I could let this pain control me and be sad and flusterated or I go at it with a sense of humor and a positive thought process. I decided to do the later and when I wake up each morning I set small goals for myself, one painful step at a time. I allow myself to rest in the mornings until I loosen up with my pills and vitamins. I then see if I can do my chores which are dishes and laundry and if I am having an ok day I throw in another small task. If I am sick that day I go rest and watch TV and think about all the good things I do have and what my pluses are everyone has minuses I just choose to let my pluses stand out more than my minuses. One thing that I am toying with is getting a wheelchair and when I have to be out shopping and in an out of the car I can use the wheelchair to save my energy and my feet for when I get home. A small trip to the store can wipe me out for the whole day if I'm not careful. I hope you get a little bit better and just know that I will be sending you positive thoughts as much as possible.

Hi Amberina, I am very sorry that you are suffering with your health. Believe it or not I do alot of the same things that you do. A little at a time and add some things in if I am feeling ok. If I am not, I sleep and watch tv to. And also like you, small trips to the store do wipe me out. I have to be careful not to over do it. Thankyou for responding and I hope you to, are able to get a little better. It is hard to be positive when you are always sick. And my depression dosent help either. Also, I live in an apartment where there is constant noise. That dosent help either. Thankyou for the thoughts. I will do the same for you. Take care.

hi lagirl1966 a lot of us are in the same boat, by fructose intolerance do you mean you have diabetes? if so there are so many new medications, and so much new information out there that you should be able to easily control your diabetes, that being controlled will help control your irritable bowel syndrome. you are stressed and that works against allyour physical complaints.even in mylotting you need to avoid stress.exercise every day,it will be good for all your many complaints.if you can lose even just fifteen pounds you will find that controlling your blood sugar 'will be much much easier and that may make your other complaints ease u p too. good luck and 'God bless.

I am so sorry that you are having such a hard time. I wish I could give you some advice to help you feel better. I also have some health issues that are terrifying me at the moment. I have to go to the doctor next week, which is causing me to have panic attacks. Life is scary sometimes. I think all we can do is live for the good moments!

Thanks for your wishes. I don't know what exactly happened. One day I was fine, and the next day I was sick, and then it kept getting worse. It all started 5 years ago. Before that, I did have my minor health problems, but I could function fine. Good luck at the doctor. I will pray that things come out fine for you.
