Your Health: Which is considered most important?

What part of your health is most important to you? Obviously total body and mind health is going to be important, but do you find yourself focusing or obbsessing over one particular aspect of it? What do you do to keep this part of yourself healthy, and why is this the part of your body you choose to care for the most? I exercise because I like to feel that I have muscle. When I did not exercise I got body aches and pains, and my back would always hurt. I felt flabby and bad about myself. Having muscle propels me through everyday life and with out it I feel like it is a struggle.

Hi captainmorgan, I've decided to focus on my lungs and my breathing . I've been a long time smoker and one month ago I became a non smoker . I finally decided once and for all to quit killing myself . Little by little I am getting more exercise also , and eating better . I'm clearing out my lungs first , and then working on the rest of me .. .

Great job on not smoking! I know that is a hard thing to give up. A lot people are unable to do it. I am glad you were able to break out of that cycle!

I also like to exercise and that is my main focus. If I do not exercise, I have no energy. I feel sluggish. I do not have the best self esteem because I start to dislike the way I look. When I exercise regularly, I feel great. My energy level is high. I feel like I sleep better. I feel like I look better. I have a sense of accomplishment.

It's good to see that I'm not the only one who focuses on exercise. Thanks for your response.
