contact person of ciao

Since it has been a long discussion now here in mylot all about CIAO Membership that has been banned especially members from Asian countries, is anyone knows any of the contact person from Ciao to whom we could directly address our queries so that at least, we could hear a reliable respond? Thank you.

I'm a member of ciao.co.uk and ciao.com. What can I help you? By the way which countries are banned by ciao? I read the announcement but didn't get idea which ones? Best regards.

Hi Sblossom,thanks in responding. Do you know of any person from the Administration of Ciao aside from info@ciao.com to which Members could directly send their queries what particular Asian country has been banned and why Asian members could not log in to their account?

ciao.com did not mention any particular country, but did mention they would ban some countries. it's very sad. I don't know what's kind of help do you need? I susppose even you can log on you can still send a mail to the staff and get the answer. Good luck.
