In the past I have tried with many anti virus programs like avg anti virus, antivir, avira, Norton etc But did not have the satisfactory level. Right now I am using Kaspersky anti virus. Believe me, it is the best anti virus I have used so far and probably it is the best available in the market. Apart from that cost wise also it is really affordable.

I'm presently using Norton 360 All in one. I have the subscription for a year and then I have to renew it but I don't think that I will do that. I will return to using the free versions like AVG. I recently bought a new computer with windows vista on it and the Norton came free with it for a year. I was using the free version of AVG before on my old computer so I don't think I will have any problems with going back to that. Andrew

First if you want to have a good security to operatying especially in windows. The user should have a fine computer hardware specifications. I got Athlon X2 5000+ 2.6 and 2 gigabytes RAM. Its a good thing to my security in my system because I am using three security applications for my windows xp professional service pack 2 operating system. Comodo Internet Security, Avira Free Edition and Mcafee Enterprise Edition 8.0.0. are my antivirus and internet security applications. I choose Mcafee for old and some latest virus detect like sowar and other related to this virus. I just update it using the downloaded manual updates in its website. I guaranteed you it really works. I match Mcafee using also Free Avira because its light and compatible to Mcafee and other antivirus or internet applications. Its purpose to my defense against virus infection is deletion of .exe files. Infected .exe files can be easily remove and prevent spreading in your operating system especially in windows. My internet security which prompts a permission to any outside ip address who wants to access my computer. It prevent having infections from the internet.

I used BitDefender Total Protection. Nice! it makes me feel safety. I've ever use McAfee TP and AVG, so Kaspersky, but only search for the specific viruses. I also use SmadAv. Its indonesian antivirus. very good for local viruses.
