So confused about Ciao

Has anyone actually been paid by Ciao? I signed up for this months ago, and just recently decided to review some products. I reviewed probably 5 things (or so) and wrote up my opinions. Tonight, I logged into my account and it says my balance is $87.70. What the heck? Is this for real? I'm so confused. Last week, prior to writing up my reviews there was zero dollars there. I'm just so confused. I have been told by many that this is not a scam site, but now I'm not so sure. Anyone have any advice?
