do you have a problem in getting up late?

this is really one of my big problems. i always find it difficult to wake up early in the morning even if i had an early sleep the other night. thanks to my alarm clock that i always manage to attend to my works on time. im so dependent with that thing or else i was fired from work now. do you have the same problem like mine?

im the type of person who can easily woke up... and i even hate it because i cant sleep well... just a little sound from outside can make me wake up... but if im totally zonked from work and other activities, i could easily go to sleep that way.

yes, mornings are really great. when one wakes up earlier it seems like a better start has just begun. it's just sad that i barely see early mornings now especially that it's summer and no work. i'm a couch potato during this time. i only get up to attend to my pc works and my lot too.

Well, I am also dependent with my alarm clock when I was working before. But now that I am staying home, am not bothered of the time I wake up unless I have an early morning appointment. It is really stressful when you are working. What I do was that I set the clock at 5am then when the clock rings, I will put if off and go back to sleep hahahah that is the problem because when I wake up it is almost 7 so, I have to rush without eating breakfast so that I will not be late.

Hi there. Yes, I guess I do have a problem with waking up at appropriate times in the morning. I'm starting to think I have a chronic sleeping disease or something. Or maybe I'm just catching up on all those hours of sleep I lost back when I had insomnia in high school/college. I don't really know. It's kind of inconvenient, especially when I have to get up early to go to work and stuff. The rainy weather we're currently experiencing is not exactly helping at all since, even if I manage to wake up on time, I feel sluggish and sleepy the entire day.

jog - to rise early
i guess we need to have a reason of getting up early. this is what im planning for: Exercise my body.Do I really need to comment on this reason? Body is the only thing I have in my control in this universe. So i need to exercise at home, go jogging or go to gym (they open early), practice yoga training... The earlier I wake up, the more calories I can burn over the day and the better I will feel.

Getting up in the morning, sighs working is painful i understand coffee just don't work for me either im a GROUCHY morning person :\ i have no idea why holding a job early is hard for me but i can manage. I just have to go to sleep real early. try sleeping earlier or in most cases its just the daily get up in the morning struggle.

that's a nice suggestion. yes you're right.it's just really a usual morning struggle . after that i feel alright already. i just need to be consistent in my hours of sleep so my body won't get confused.

Yes I am facing the same problem. But I think the question has been put up wrongly. It should be "do you have a problem in getting up early?". Though alarm clocks have really made us dependent I think if we start following a regular routine things can be made better. Initially it can be done little forcefully and waking up early will become a habit with time.

Before I have a big problem getting up in the morning for work or for important things to work on, but lately this isn't something I worry.. I'm always late when I go to somewhere.. It's always been me! I'm the "Ms. Late!" In my previous work, I was always late for roughly 4 years, never had suspension, but often get memos for being late.. I don't encourage people to be like me, cause it's really a bad thing. Now in my new work, I have to get to work on time. Somehow working on it, been late like 2 mins or 5.. I have to still work with that... 'Cause little mins counts...

Yes, I have the same problem with you, it always difficult to wake up for me, so I find a method, when I sleep, leave the curtain open, and I will wake up by the sunshine, so it's not difficult for me to wake up now, I hope this can help you, but weekend I will have a good sleep.

I don't have the problem of getting up late now, after several months of getting up early as my children are going to work, I have to wake up at 5 in the morning. Even without an alarm clock I'm already used to waking up early. Unlike before where I'm always late with my appointments as I really wake up late always. I realized now that when yor eyes are used to open at a specific time, you won't need an alarm clock anymore.

I've always had a hard time getting up in the morning. Since I was a kid, really. I was always a pain in the morning for my mom trying to get me ready. After I started driving I did really bad in my first 2 classes of the day because I was always sleeping late. Once I became an adult I just gave up and got a night job. It works for me. If I have to get up early once in a while, it's ok, but for the most part I am up late and sleep late.

I like my sleep...there are a lot of days where I will sleep in but not too late. My husband and I will switch of days that way we can both catch up on our sleep and not be dragging all week. We get the kids up for school at seven a.m and every other day we will let the other sleep in. When we do have our days to sleep in it is usually only for another hour or so. But there are a lot of times where I will get tired throughout the day and will lay down for a nap in the afternoon. I think some people are just morning people and some are night people. If you want to try and become a morning person you might want to try and set a more repeated schedule. Perhaps try and go to bed earlier on a more regular basis and your body will get used to that schedule and it may help you to wake up earlier in the morning and be able to stay awake.

Well this problem doesn't happen to me when I wake up in the morning but it cause troubles after I take a afternoon nap! I sometimes turn off clock, subconsciously, after it alerts me and I continue to sleep.. as a result I have a bad record of absenteeism usually at the second part of a day.

I rarely have problem in getting up after staying up late. Even if I sleep at 3 or 4 a.m, I usually wake up at 7 or 8 a.m. I also don't need alarm to wake me up. This is started when I'm in college. I can manage doing my work even if I had a quick sleep before. I also rarely took a nap.

i also have a hard time waking up very early because i used to sleep late at night. but i also rely a lot to alarm clocks to wake me up in time for school. maybe if it wasn't for the alarm clock i'd be late every time! one time my alarm clock ran out of battery and i woke up 10 in the morning and because i was so late, i didn't go to school anymore.

I only feel hard in winter. I don't want to left the blanket and go out. The difficulty will be duplicated if I have had a good dream before so I don't want to return to the reality. But I have to go to work in time, and when you've got no choice, you have to do your best to get up. In summer it become very easy. The sunrise comes sooner, it's very hot, so I don't want to stay too long in bed.

That's the one thing i hate most, waking up early. I'm a night person i love to do my things at night. I like to sleep really late and wake up after lunch time. I know it's not a good habit but i get used to it. And it became my routine. But these days i cant even sleep at the morning so i just didnt sleep until before evening. The day after, i woke up 4am in the morning. and when evening came i get sleepy already. So whenever i need to wake up early i wont sleep until 6pm so i can wake up very early in the morning. but only if can manage to stay up until 6pm.

I'm like you, I can never seem to get enough sleep, no matter how early I go to bed. I can never get up early or on time, and I set several alarms so that I don't oversleep daily. I wish I didn't have so much trouble waking up.

yeah,it's a little problem of mine,especially at the weekends,I usually wake up at 7:30 in the morning,that's not a early time because I planed to get up at 6:30 so I could recite English for an hour in the morning but I just can not get up that earlier,too bad to have cultivated such a habit.

Yes, sometimes I have the common problem of getting up late in the morning as I normally go to bed after 1 or 2 p.m. in the night. But still as other members from our family wake up, their noise or their talking to each other can awake us sometimes early to a certain extent. I also put up an alarm on my mobile with the loudest ringtone or song whatever to awake me up!!

its hard for me to get up early in the morning well, it depends if im very excited cause were having our vacation or meeting with my friends,buying new things and if i was able to exercise that night,so waking up early is easy for me..but aside from that its so tiring..i always sleep 12am or 1am in the morning..cause i love sleeping late..i love watching tv/dvd's at night.i dont go to work thats why i wake up late......i have hard time sleeping at night too!so its hard for me to wake up early!hrrrrrrrrrrrrr
